Wish I'd read the reviews before signing up to a subscription.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription since October/November since my boxes stopped arriving after August. I have visited their website many times and tried to cancel, but could never find out how- I have emailed multiple times to ask where my orders where, and to cancel my subscription, but never once received a response. Today I tried again and seem to have found a cancelation option on my account, which is finally showing my subscription as inactive. Fingers crossed it stays this way.
But I am going through my bank to try to get back as much money as I can from them and block any future payments.
It is a shame because I 9and my dogs) loved the products

This is a scam and they keep taking money.

like many below - this company send few great boxes until September then impossible to cancel. sendany emails and tried to log in to cancel the subscription nothing worked. they send emails each month that a new order is on the way but nothing arrives. had to contact my bank to block them but payments are still being taken off. really no idea how they were not reported yet ?

Subscribed as a loyal customer for years. Needed to cancel as my dog has very sadly been diagnosed with cancer. No way to contact the company. Can't log into my account. No phone number. Emails sent to every address on their site for the last 4 months without any response. Credit card disputes filed and won (refunded) each month. They use Stripe as a payment provider, but Stripe won't cancel the payment either. Fraud case opened with them. Only option is to block Stripe via credit card, which then results in any other business using Stripe also being blocked.

3rd month no box delivery, contacted them several times, email to say 2 boxes due out together still not here. 3rd box payment taken no delivery. suspended future delivery.
no response from any contact made customer service is atrocious.

They took payment on the 12th October and I have still not received my box. I have continually emailed since 26th October and my emails and messages have been ignored.

Also zero if possible. Tried to cancel, no communications from Franks and blocking payment with bank didn’t work. I have now paid out 5 months of substciption unwillingly. Has anyone managed to stop the subscription and get a refund. I am furious 😡

If there was an option for ZERO stars I would have chosen that!
I started using Franks in around February and all was well. UNTIL they started charging me and NOT sending the boxes!! They even have the cheek to send emails stating your box has been posted!! Absolute ZERO customer service - I mean ZERO - it’s non existent, they do not answer direct messages on Facebook, emails or the phone. PLEASE, IF YOU’VE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE- REPORT THEM!!!

Do not sign up to this subscription - it's too good to be true!

Despite the products themselves being pretty good, the customer service is absolutely terrible!

I wanted to cancel a subscription but due to a bug with their Account system, I couldn't do it through the website. So I then tried to contact them via email, Facebook and Instagram but only ever got automated bot responses which didn't help whatsoever.

In the end I had to block any payments via my bank.

OK the treats are good but the customer services is utter tripe. I cancelled the subscription, they confirmed cancelled. Then the following month they rook the money again,

Then said they can not refund the money and not stop the box being sent (I contacted in less that 2 hrs)

Next thing I get is an email saying if I don't respond I won't be subscribed..... I didn't respond.... the next month they try n take the money again.

I emailed back because email you have a trail if needed to give to your bank to dispute the transactions.

Not a single email back from the company. Stay well away

Money taken, no box sent, no response to emails, messages, phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very shady business practice. They don't allow you to completely cancel your subscription after signing up for the initial trial box, only allowing you to skip boxes monthly, meaning you can easily forget about skipping a box and could end up being charged like me this month. Definitely not the way to do business and very shady.

I ordered a promotional box, then they continued to charge me despite never activating a subscription. I emailed them on several different emails across 2-3 months requesting cancellation and they never replied but continued to charge me.

Eventually I had to get in touch with my bank and get them to block payments.

As many of the reviews I bought once and unbeknown to me I was subscribed.

The 2nd order came and I emailed to cancel. Heard nothing so emailed again and again nothing.

Tried to log in to my account but I didn't have one. Had to create an account to cancel. Hopefully that stops them.

Very poor customer service!

Started off ok but now taking money and not delivering Also not replying to emails

No one replies to emails or social media. Impossible to cancel. Had to go through my bank to get a refund and they continue to charge despite emailing multiple times to end my subscription. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would! No customer service, been emailing gor a month with no replies, phone jymber is automated and you never get a call back. You can't cancel the subscription. Apparently I don't have an account with them, though they'll take my money and email to let me know they've received the order I didn't make!

would give a 0 if I could. its a rubbish box, the customer service is even worse. I canceled the subscruption. and deleted my account. they kept the subscription going and Took a further £20 from me and supplied me with another rubbish box. have ignored all my emails, calls, and messages. reopened my account and then I had no way to cancel it as it wouldn't work now. Ive had to change my card details with my bank to stop any further payments from being taken.

SO DISAPPOINTED. Wish I'd seen reviews before purchasing. I made a £30 order which didn't arrive. I emailed several times over 3 weeks and got no reply. Then the CEO of the company got back to me very apologetically to say he would refund me and get the box sent via tracked delivery so to make sure im home on Monday and Tuesday.
It was during the heatwave and my dog needed chews to keep busy but i hadn't purchased elsewhere as money is tight and I was expecting a load, so we shuffled things to make sure there was someone home to collect the delivery...
It didnt arrive and now the CEO is not replying to my emails... No refund as promised... No treats.... No response... Nothing.
I'm down £30, two days of work and a understimulated dog in a heatwave.
Now I'll have to buy treats from elsewhere and go through my bank to get the refund like many other people in the reviews.
Absolutely awful way to run a business Aaron. Apologies mean nothing if you dont follow through then run away!!!
