Smart Gas Solutions Plumbing & Heating Edinburgh Anmeldelser

The installation was good and follow-up work on the flue was carried out as promised when long ladders became available to complete the external work. However we were very disappointed by the quality of the work for the boxing in of the pipes and that had to be re-done. The second attempt was excellent and just what we had expected. The measure of a good company is how they deal with problems and SmartGas dealt with our issues excellently. We would recommend them to others.

The engineer was efficient and friendly

Always respond immediately and never let you down. Keep you informed of what’s needed and totally trustworthy. The best!

We had had an electrician fit a new thermostat, but in spite of his best efforts, it didn't work. The engineer knew Ideal boilers very well and was able to see what had gone wrong and fix it. He also serviced the boiler. Exactly what was needed. Also was able to get an appointment very quickly which was a great help.

Great service happy using all these years

Gary is great. Companies communication was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

The company has just been great. Easy to get an appointment, engineer arrived on time and the work was one promptly, great overall service.

We required a full central heating system replaced. Phoned for a quote and Mark was there within a couple of hours. Options given and choice made, new heating fitted within a fortnight. Great job. Pipe work very neat and everything completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.

The Engineer took their time to understand my questions, gave professional answers and personal feedback and opinion.
The servicing of the heating unit and the gas inlets was quick and thorough.

All in all a most pleasant experience.

Easy to book an appointment. Plumber turned up on time and was pleasant, courteous, efficient and helpful.

Fixing an appointment is really easy. The gas engineer is always friendly and very efficient. I‘ve been using Smart Gas Solutions for several years now and am 100% satisfied. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Another company told me they couldn't replace my boiler in the same place as it would void the warranty. Mark at SmartGas was incredibly reassuring, and I trust his judgement as one of the leading installers of the make of boilers. Not only that, he assured me that he would deal with any quibbles from the manufacturer himself, and if it came to it do any necessary repairs himself. Top guy, great team, excellent service. Jamie and his colleague who installed my new boiler were great, friendly and approachable, careful about my indoor cats, eager to explain things to me. Definitely recommend

Smart Gas Solutions did an absolutely amazing job with our basement renovation. This included new boiler fit, new pipes, new radiators and new bathroom. They went above and beyond to get the job finished meticulously and listened to all my questions and concerns. David was particularly helpful when getting the bathroom fitted and coming up with quick and efficient solutions to any issues arising. The team, in particular Geo, Michael, Haiden, Chris and Ross were amazing to work with and they always left the house as clean as they could afterwards, respected our property and looked after our cat Izzy. I could not recommend them enough if you need gas, piping or bathroom work done to your house.

Very responsive, excellent communication, punctual and meticulous attention to detail. Every team member has been so friendly and polite - a credit to Smart Gas.

We highly recommend Smart Gas to carry out any building work from small jobs to full renovations.

The Smart Gas team is very organized and creative when it comes to finding solutions. They removed and reassembled my boiler in a very professional and tidy manner. The job was completed without any issues. The team was polite and clearly explained all the services provided.

Amazing professional job!! We were renovating our flat and some cowboys abandoned the job. Smart gas stepped in and they did an amazing and professional work on the agreed timeline. They had to re-do the plumbing in the whole flat which was a huge and demanding job. They know their job perfectly, even jobs that noone else agreed to proceed due to difficulty, with unbelievable good prices, no hidden fees and with a great communication. I use them again couple days ago, for my boiler service. Of course, i will use them again in the future for any plumbing job I would have. Trust them 100%.

Recently had my gas boiler serviced and a few other odd jobs done by Smart Gas Solutions Plumbing and Heating Edinburgh. Prompt and efficient service by pleasant engineer. Would thoroughly recommend.

Office staff were polite, friendly & efficient. Expected to wait over a week for a slot but offered one within 2days.
Heating engineer arrived in agreed time slot (only 2hours & not usual half day block so so hanging about at home).
On arrival he was polite and friendly. When queried about one aspect of the service he double checked. Service was completed and aspects of the boiler explained. Great work.

We recently had a new boiler installed in our office, and we're very pleased with our choice of Smart Gas. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the process, providing various installation options with clear explanations from the start. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated their easy accessibility, clear communication, and excellent service.
