Complete shambles! Not recommended. Poor knowledge and disgraceful communication, even by senior management. They say your account is a priority and then must just go for a tea break and forget all about it because not one person called back. What a joke!

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. We signed up for a fortnightly commercial waste collection service. First of all the guy who came to drop off the bins had been told we were getting only one bin rather than the agreed two. We then didn't have any rubbish collected for a month and when we tried to complain we were accused of lying. It was only when we managed to get time stamped photographs of the bins in the morning and afternoon of the supposed collection date that they capitulated. In spite of this we have just been debited £90 this month instead of the agreed charge of £38, so to date have paid over £200 for the wrong bin delivery and only 2 small collections. Customer service are very difficult to get hold of and disinterested once they have your money. Avoid!

Upon further investigation on your portfolio, it has been established that both the waste bins that you had signed up for were delivered on 25/05/2020 which was confirmed with the operator.
The charge for your first month as discussed with your account manager would have incorporated your once-off Waste Transfer Note charge which was why the charge was slightly increased.
We will be reaching out soon and you should get a call and/ or email from our dedicated customer service department to determine how we can provide a satisfactory resolution.

I got a quote from this company to remove my commercial waste, the sales team were all over me until they got my agreement and direct debit set up, after that they ignored all my emails and wouldn't call me back, they promised me a bin in the next few days then that changed to nearly a month later. on the delivery day i rang them up to see what was happening and they decided to let me know it wasn't possible after waiting nearly a whole month. the only reason i chose this company was because they offered a quick turn around, absolute waste of my time and now i have to find another company.

In the process of having your site set up regrettably, we were informed that we were unable to service your site due to many valid and contributing factors.

Nothing Smart about Smarter Business
Appalling and dreadful company!!!
I have made the biggest mistake using Smarter Business. Full of lip service with no action to look after the customer.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Delayed services , quick enough to grab your £££ but not their responsibility to look after the customer. It’s sad when they argue with the customer.
Oversell and shocking mindset as Smarter Business take no ownership to the customer it appears to be ok to have your business inconvenienced.
They are very quick to ram down your throat their Terms & Conditions.
Nothing smart about Smarter Business!!!!!!!

aware of. For the sake of transparency, we have reverted to it. To further compensate you
for the delay, we have agreed to charge you half of your total monthly fee on your next
scheduled invoice as we value all our customers and are fully aware that there are many

Truly shocking service.
Truly shocking service.
They failed to supply the service agreed, as their third party supplier refused to do the work for them.
We are now over a month overdue with the service start date and still they claim they are not at fault and refuse the cancel the contract.
Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for the feedback. This is not the feedback we are used of receiving and sincerely
apologise for any inconvenience caused. After your contract was set up, you had requested for amendments to be made. You were made aware that you would be required to serve termination with your current supplier to allow a switch and add an extra bin through Smarter Business.
In the interim our Dedicated Customer Service Team acknowledged your request and contacted the relevant parties for assistance. Our attempt to decrease your lift frequency was unsuccessful due to you still being in contract with your current supplier, this was then escalated to higher level management and communicated with you. The second suggestion to defer your contract start date was taken into consideration by yourself and communicated via email.
We have come to a resolution with regard to this matter, which was discussed with you. If given the opportunity we can proceed with the resolution and assure you that going forward there will be no mishaps as this seems to be an issue due to misunderstanding.

People, if you wish good offers, always do your researches by your self! If they can, they will deal with you, if you don't want to, they can't, so don't complain for stupid mistakes! That's them job, and they have to do it, every one is trying to make some money..., for some that's the way (they aren't stealing from you, so don't blame them, they can't get the decisions, only you can do it, and you are giving them the rights to deal with your energy or what's so ever!

They removed my review because it was bad!!
They removed my review about how they kept calling my business being harassing and demanding to speak to managers. They removed it saying it seemed ‘fake’ and it needed to be legitimised with a confirmation of somebody sort. Sorry I didn’t use the bloody business and that’s why they harassed us! Don’t remove people’s reviews, customers deserve to know what their getting into!! I’ll keep making reviews even if u remove them?? Scummy????
