Very straightforward order of brush tipped felt pens. Order arrived in time and undamaged as you'd expect. The brush tips are very soft, really feel like a paint brush - I wasn't expecting that!

The customer service was amazing! I recieved a pair of fairy wings for my daughters birthday but when she tried them on both straps snapped immediately. Customer service sorted the problem straight away and within a few days of sending the email, I had recieved a replacement pair.
I had no issues with the other part of my order (little dutch trike and water bottle). Both items appear great quality and arrived very quickly.

The pack of magna tiles included a mix of standard and micro tiles and although they can be used together the micro tiles did not connect so well with standard sizes. They do offer flexibility for more variations in play but are probably less suitable for younger children. Overall magna tiles are a great toy enabling great learning through play.

Super disappointed in my experience with Small Kins and will not be returning to them. I bought a Ferm Living table and chair set for my toddler, which was advertised as a 2-3 day delivery upon checkout. After about a week and a half of no movement or shipping confirmation, I reached out asking for more information. It took me several days of consistent outreach to finally hear from someone who advised that this item is actually made to order and takes about 3-4 weeks to ship after purchase. I asked a few follow up questions to understand the timeline better, since I am due to have my second child any day now. I heard nothing but radio silence and followed up almost every day (mind you, this was a £500 purchase). Finally I get a series of automated emails three days in a row saying my order has been delayed and I need to respond to that email within 24 hours to learn more. I responded to each one and kept getting the same automated email. I tried reaching out on Instagram, and the messaging service said it wouldn’t accept any messages at the moment. None of their recent IG posts allow you to comment on them. I’m concerned their customer service team has been almost completely outsourced to AI. Something is definitely up— look at all the recent 1 star reviews from February / March 2026. I requested an immediate refund and even after receiving confirmation that this will be processed, nobody will answer me about when to expect the £500 to be returned to me. Horrible experience start to finish, which I ordered nearly a month ago, and it is still unresolved.

Such a lovely trike that will grow with our baby, delivery was quick. Easy to assemble.
