Everything from conception to completion was straightforward. I was recommended Slide robes by a friend - placed a more info request online and was booked with with Pól for measurements and design. Everything was both easy and hassle free. Payment was split over 3 periods, deposit, booking installation date and lastly once the work was complete.

Awful service. They only sent one man to collect my doors to change some glass panels when it obviously required two men. This was weeks in the planning and the guy didn't have a clue what he was supposed to be doing, not his fault personally as all the office appeared to have given him was my address. I was expected to help lift the doors out, down the stairs and out of my house. I was late for work and suffered loss of pay as a result. When complained to Sliderobes just got a snotty email back from Dublin office stating that I shouldn't have helped the guy and refused to compensate me in any way. I'm sure they'll be going bust soon enough if this is how they go about their business.

Absolutely fantastic front of shop design and sales team with Adriana & Yvonne. Nothing queried was too much for them and on the whole they were very accommodating to ultimately end up with the finished product we desired. Had a small/minor tweak required to achieve the envisioned finish and this was accommodated without any sort of issue which made the experience on balance fantastic and made us feel that going with a premium level company such as Sliderobes 100% justified.

We are delighted with the whole process from start to finish from Sliderobes Yorkshire. Everyone was very professional and informative and the job went to plan. We previously used Sliderobes 17 years ago, at a different property, they stood the test of time and still looked as good as new. The quality of the product has improved since our last purchase, so this bedroom should last a life time.

I have now had my third Sliderobes, that speaks for itself. The whole experience was great, efficient professional and friendly. The quality of the wardrobes is excellent and the fitting v professional, workmanship second to none. Thank you once again

Brought 2 sets of fitted wardrobes from Birstall store through Alex. Dates confirmed the day after. Finance set up day after. Had wardrobes removed by Chris. final measure was swift and efficient. Wardrobes fitted on dates given by Johnnie. Finished as predicted. they look amazing. Helen was on hand at the showroom if I needed anything. Flawless service, everyone very professional and I am super happy with them. Thanks all.

Having used Sliderobes before in our previous house we knew what the high quality would be like. Alex and his team did a great job - from measuring up to walking us through various options and helping take our ideas through to reality.

The entire process was very smooth and as you can see the end result speaks for itself.

We ordered wardrobes with Kevin from Maidstone who was very professional and helpful. I tried calling for 3 weeks to arrange an installation and no one called me back. I emailed Kevin on the 17 September and he arranged for someone to call me straight back. I have had to wait 5 weeks until the 22 and 23 of October. I now have just been informed some of my order is damaged and now I will have to wait another 5 weeks for fitting. I am not a very happy customer.
Is waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me and then having to wait another 10weeks for installation fair, when you have over £5000 of our money?

Disappointed with the service provided by Sliderobes. My boyfriend an I booked a consultation for a designer to come and design a wardrobe for our bedroom and both took time off work to be home. They rescheduled once after they were 30 minutes late to the appointment and today they told us that they don't even service our area! Could have saved everyone time and told us when we booked the consultation in the first place.

Very straightforward company to deal with. From the initial enquiry to the fitting everything went without a hitch. Competitively priced and very well made. Huge choice of colours and finishes. We are glad we chose Slidrobes.

We ordered fitted wardrobes for our home in Kent and the experience with Sliderobes (Maidstone) has been great! Kevin our designer was very knowledgeable and helped us design our perfect wardrobes from start to finish and our fitter Tony worked so hard to get our wardrobes completed within a day and was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish Sliderobes and their staff were a pleasure to deal with, offering good advice on different design options for the new fitted wardrobe in a bedroom and taking their time to explain the merits of one option over another. It was great to see the product virtually on the laptop before confirming the order. The communication with various member of the team was very good and clear and the fitting was hassle free. We are very pleased with the finished product. This is our second time getting fitted wardrobes - the last one we ordered more than 10 years ago, so still the same great service. There is now no excuse for not having a tidy bedroom!

We went with Sliderobes because they were a lot cheaper than other companies and the designer, Adrian, was so much friendlier and more understanding than the designers from other companies. He wasn't pushy at all and listended to our ideas. The finished product is great, it looks exactly like it did in the design and it is very well put together. The fitter, Andrej, was lovely and carried on working into early evening to complete the job in one day.

Took one star off because we waited 6 weeks after paying the deposit without hearing about a fitting date, we chased Sliderobes and they said somebody should have already contacted us to arrange the fitting date but for some reason they hadn't. We then had to wait another couple of weeks for the fitting.

Thanks to Sliderobes I have converted the second bedroom in my new apartment to a lovely home office. This enables me follow a range of interests and ensure that I make effective and efficient use of space.
Throughout this project I have been impressed by the service I received. Initially I discussed ideas with the designer. After agreeing on the overall design an installation date was agreed. The installation team made a great job and everything fitted perfectly. I am delighted with my new office. All the staff were efficient helpful and friendly.

I cannot recommend Yorkshire enough. We had an unusual request which was to create a walk in wardrobe in our hallway next to a small wash closet. From the moment of enquiry to completion the whole experience was effortless. Alex spent time with me to understand my vision and brought it to life. Like others we sought out a number of companies but nobody ‘got it’ like Alex did. The pictures do not do it justice. A big shout out to John who fitted the wardrobe space. Thank you so much ☺️

Had a wardrobe installation 30th July 2024
Not yet completed despite several calls, voicemails and promise to send a fitter out. Eventually, after demanding they come out to finish the work, a date and time was arranged. Should have been here yesterday. Didn't turn up and no word of apology. Annoyed with time wasting and lost faith in the company. I feel that I have been very patient these eight weeks

Creating a new separate bedroom and office out of what was one room.
That was the challenge the agent was asked to advise on. His layout measurements were spot on and the subsequent resolution that separated the two sides with a wall of wardrobes with 4 beautiful sliding doors. On the other side was an office with one bookcase and the remainder, a satisfying wood- panelled wall. It was all fitted within 2 days by a contracted fitter who made the final adjustments perfectly.
An excellent solution for our now two rooms with which we are entirely pleased in both style and finish.

We happily recommend Sliderobes for the creation of a very adequate and pleasing, attractive piece of furniture that meets our need in both rooms.

I highly recommend using Sliderobes. We recently had a fitted wardrobe installed in our daughter’s room.
At our initial design consultation, Pól included our daughter from the outset. He listened to her ideas, didn’t rush and helped guide us to our decision and best price so it was within our budget. He also suggested adding bookcases/shelving to either side of the wardrobe doors, which we hadn’t thought of and this has been an excellent addition. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process with the fitter arriving on time on the expected date. He was very neat and considerate in his work with the installation. My 11 year old daughter is delighted with her new walk in wardrobe and bookcases. Thanks again.
