Family 70th Birthday Celebration.
Dream Days is in a lovely location and it is well appointed, our holiday there with our family was idyllic; my one major gripe was the lack of attention to detail when it came to how the property was presented. My wife and myself had to sweep both sides of the pool area prior to the arrival of our guests due to the amount of dead flys and dust which had accumulated. The hot tub/table tennis area was full of dead leaves, the iron wasn't cleaned (it had burnt clothing stuck to the bottom). We slept in the annex which had crayon on the wall, the pool table had a mixture of both pool and small snooker balls and finally the patio dining area had food stuck to the floor. These are all minor issues which are easy to rectify and not what I would expect from a high end rental property. I would still be happy to recommend this property to any large family/group as it does offer so much.

Super house!
Fantastic accommodation for a large group of multi generational families. Plenty of space and facilities just as described. Clean with super big and comfy beds. Indoor swimming pool a huge hit. Booking process and check in easy. Would highly recommend Sleeps 12!

We enjoyed our holiday.
The main negative point: there is no single fan in that big house, children and infants were feeling hot at the night time. We purchased 4 fans only for them to stay.
Owner should provide some fans during summer time as we know sometimes heatwave comes.

Overall great experience and fantastic property.
Only downside was lack of communication after leaving. We discovered that a jacket had been left behind within hours of leaving and well before any new guests arrived. Having contacted the property manager on phone which was monitored during our stay, absolutely no response. A disappointing end to a lovely stay, as we updated exactly where it was and offered to pay for any costs and postage incurred.

The quiet location and uninterrupted…
The quiet location and uninterrupted views make this property special.
We were lucky with the weather so the outside space and walks to play in the river were used fully.
Plenty of room to gather together inside too.
Trips out to Sidmouth, Beer and Honiton were enjoyable.
