Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Skylight Travel Services appears to be closely linked to them, and both should be approached with extreme care. Avoid communicating through WhatsApp — insist on email only so there is a clear audit trail. If you must purchase tickets online, make sure you pay by credit card for added protection.
They delayed issuing e‑tickets until the very last day and then stopped responding entirely. They also shared a link suggesting you could access your booking through the airline’s website, which created the impression that everything was legitimate while they continued to withhold the actual tickets. This behaviour is concerning. Stay vigilant and proceed carefully.

NO TICKET PRODUCED after we paid£870. He delayed and delayed. Terrible experience. We paid for a service and that service was never completed. He has not issues a refund. He is not answering any calls

Be very wary with this company and Skylight Travel Services seem to be one of the same - extremely vague couldn't email me a quote and was trying to sell me accommodation/activities that I know would not be available for my trip. I actually checked with the Tourism in Fetihye that confirmed the accommodation wasn't available as I had 477queried this with Haris. (Reply was I can get from other vendors),

Tried to book four adult tickets for long haul. Had to pay £100 for use of card before I could get tickets. Waited all day for confirmation once paying full price for tickets. When confirmation came, the tickets were completely wrong.
I called, emailed etc, never got replies, only promises and “ you have our word”. The £100 had been processed, but I cancelled credit card so no further money could be taken.
After more than 20 calls, messages, emails, I still never received my promised refund.
Therefore, I have taken it to my credit card company, and got my refund with them.
I would not recommend.

Booked tickets using Feizan at Skylite. very quick effective service.Downside was a delay in receiving tickets , You do wonder if its a scam company.But all fine and received the next day. Would use again and recommend to friends and family

OK at last: now that I have my e-ticket, I am relieved and pleased. Maybe I am fussy/impatient, but I felt tis company spoiled its service - why I don't know - by slow response to my email and phone enquiries. If only they had said early on that it would take a while to get my tickets, and replied to my emails, it would have been easier. My faith in the company remained throughout, mainly because a Google search did not turn up suspicious stories. I can see how impatient customers might have turned away. Anyway, I have my e-ticket so hopefully all will be well from now on. The cost of a return flight from Manchester UK to Perth Australia was £765. (It was their Hashim who seemed to know what was going on and sent me the ticket.)

So far I have paid a deposit of £20 and a remainder of the fare of £765 making a total of £786 and received nothing but a succession of “I’ll do it for you in 15 minutes” I’ll call you tomorrow” “It’s booked on another system” “accounts department is closed now“;and so on. I’ll put another posting on here if I ever receive the tickets. Otherwise I’ll be going to the police and posting on Mumsnet.

Am very happy with Skylitetravel.with the services of Jannat. Even do it took a little time for my E ticket to be emailed to me. Which was fine because I was explain the reason why it took a bit of time for my E ticket to be issued. Overall am a satisfied customer. Will use you again and recommend you to friends and family

Just an update on my saga with this company!!! As with the previous post I to am waiting for £100 refund for tickets and services I never received. My deposit was paid in January,2019!!!
Please beware, I have had nothing but lies and promises. My credit card company are now looking into the matter.. The police too are aware of activity on my banking account that was not mine Eg being used in Pakistan and I have never been there, as well as various occasions in London!!!!
Please listen to honest reviews of this company before you use them....

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

This company is full or liars. I paid a deposit, and was promised it would be refunded as I did not use their services. Still waiting for it nearly a year later. I keep on calling them and Faizan/Danish etc keep promising to re-pay me. They have constantly lied and and made false promises.

Please do not trust the positive reviews on here, I think some of them must have been made up.

Many thanks to Mr Danish, he provided my wife and I with an excellent deal for our visit to Zambia on Ethiopian Airlines. He kept us informed throughout, explaining the provision of a block of tickets by the airline. Asa result we shall certainly use his travel agency again.

Just to acknowledge the excellent customer care received from Mr Muhammad Danish recently. His service and attention to detail is amazing. He really took time to go the extra mile to accommodate our request at short notice and needless to say.....ee got a great deal. Many thanks....we are grateful for your service sir.

To visit Dubai I booked my ticket 3month ago and then I find out cause I am holding Bangladeshi passport I need visa I looked in so many agency they said they don’t do Bangladeshi passport I was literally on tears then I found skylite visa ltd MUHAMMAD DANISH he look in to my documents and everything he said don’t worry InshAllah everything will be fine. It’s like he took all the responsibility of my visa it’s only waiting game at one I used to call him and ask is my visa ready did they mailed you he said don’t worry it will come. Today he just surprised me 😭😭 I am so teary writing this I can meet my family. I request to all please any holiday booking visa related please go skylite visa ltd they are the best they deserve the best. And Muhammad danish is the best agent. This has been a nice experience with Hashim, as he assisted me throughout, during the visa, accommodation and plane tickets. I will go through him the next time I am looking for a holiday for dubai.
