Really lovely assessor. Kind patient and understanding. Made me feel very welcome and explained the process. Would highly recommend the service to others. Was a lot quicker than it would’ve been if I didn’t use right to choose

I was referred to Skylight by my GP, and the process was very quick and easy. I neglected the questionnaires for a long time, and Skylight were extremely forgiving. My Assessor, Edward Hurst, was incredibly kind, wise, and easy to communicate with. This was the only good experience from a mental health assessment I’ve ever had

No drama, got my appointment and staff where lovely and understanding . Im happy this was done for me as no I have closure on why im different. Thankyou skylight

I didnt like the assessment it felt like I was categorised and stereotyping cetain traits, and felt the assessment made me very anxious. He isn't communicative and I was meant to be contacted soon but its been over a month and haven't heard back even though I have sent a follow up email.

I was very happy with the assessment and the overall experience. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The assessor was kind, professional, and supportive, taking the time to answer my questions and making me feel at ease. I really appreciated the care and respect I was shown. Excellent communication and very understanding, could not fault any part of the process

The assessment was conducted via online link and the appointment came relatively soon after referal.
I found it very difficult to understand the questions and the demeanour of the person asking the questions was very aggressive (and at times a touch offensive). I kept getting more and more nervous and I was getting mental blocks. I just couldn't understand the questions and didn't know what I was supposed to answer.
When the call ended, I felt upset and confused.

After 2 mins of been on the phone I felt more at ease we spoke about everything from start of life to present and I felt comfortable in sharing information I normally wouldn’t share with anyone because of embarrassment I would highly recommend skyline and the process ran smoothly effective and a lot shorter wait then expected

The customer service team was friendly, responsive and efficient, making the whole process smooth and easy.

The clinician who carried out my assessment, David, was professional, kind and easy to talk to. He created a relaxed atmosphere from the beginning, so I didn’t feel overly nervous. During the assessment there were moments when discussing personal experiences became emotional, but he was patient, understanding and responded with genuine empathy. His thoughtful approach made me feel listened to and supported throughout.

Overall, I felt respected and well cared for, and I’m grateful for the positive experience.

The consultant provided clear guidance on the process and what I can expect. The questions and pre-titration process was helpful and I was able to access my medication quickly.

It was a very easy assessment to go through as I suffer from both anxiety and stress.

I recently had my ADHD assessment with Skylight Psychiatry, and the whole process went incredibly well. The specialist I spoke with was absolutely lovely. She immediately put me at ease, and even though I got quite emotional at one point, I felt completely heard and genuinely listened to. Navigating these assessments can be daunting, but her kindness made all the difference. I highly recommend their team.
