Really quick at being seen after referral from the GP for ADHD, I felt at ease during the assessment which is a big thing for me I don't do great with things like this David was lovely ☺️

I just wanted to offer my most sincere thanks to you and especially Chris (Ogedegbe) for his patience, time and help in my assessment today.
I was admittedly quite nervous about the assessment and Chris put me at ease, allowed me time and understanding to respond and was very empathetic to some of my answers which were difficult for me to discuss due to the impact those responses had on my life in the past.

I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company for such assessments and would like to offer my sincerest thank to him for taking his valuable time to speak to me today.

He has offered me answers I have needed for such a long time and having those answers will certainly help heal wounds long established.

I was diagnosed in November 2025 and am still waiting for titration.
I feel completely alone with all of the struggles I am having and have been told there's a longer wait due to funding with skylight at the moment.
There's literally no where to turn for any help.

My experience with Skylight has been fantastic, very quick process that I thought would take much longer, everything was fully explained, excellent communication throughout. video consultation was very thorough and the lady I had was so nice. I got my diagnosis immediately after the assessment, just waiting now for titration, I couldn’t be happier with the service

My GP referred me, and they sent the screening questionnaires out very promptly.

I filled them same day and my assessment was booked very promptly,maybe 24 hours later for the following week.

I logged onto my appointment and the clinician didn't show up. I emailed and got a response very quickly and was seen via video link 2 hours later.

The proof of a service is how it responds to problems, I'm not the easiest to impress, but 5* to them, truly remarkable service.

Very professional organisation. I waa treated with dignity and respect. Even though my appointment was emotional and complex, I was understood and supported.

I was nervous about the assessment as it had been such a long time coming. But it was a really easy process and the conversation felt very natural. Dr Uthish Sreedaran put me at ease and I felt a lot of relief coming out of the session.

Jordanna dealt with the call and was extremely patient and understanding. Especially when I went off on several tangents or needed a question repeating if it took me a while to process it. New people are difficult for me to deal with and she made the entire process a positive one. She’s perfect in the role she is in and people are so lucky if they get to have her handle their case. I just want to say how thankful I am that it went as well as it did as I was nervous about the entire process.

Excellent! There was a quick turnaround as soon as I had filled in the relevant information. The company were always helpful and the Assessor I had was so lovely and listened and was patient. I’m pleased I chose them. I’m just waiting for my full report to come through now. What is a stressful time in life was made so much easier. Thank you to all.

I had my remote ADHD assessment with Rolna and found the whole experience really positive. She was professional, kind and approachable, which helped me feel at ease throughout.

Rolna listened carefully and gave me the time and space to explain my experiences properly. I never felt judged or as though I had to explain myself in a particular way. She had a very neuroaffirming approach and was especially good at helping me see things from a different perspective. When I spoke about certain traits or experiences as though they were negatives, she was able to place them in the context of my life as a whole. She helped me recognise how some of those same traits had contributed to my achievements and the things I’ve accomplished.

I’m very grateful for the kindness, understanding and insight Rolna showed throughout my assessment.

The lady I spoke to made me feel at ease. Thorough but human at the same time.

My assessment was excellent and the assessor was really kind and compassionate. I felt heard and cared for.

However, I have scored a 3 because I feel that the administration side of it isn't very supportive of neurodivergent people. Several times I have had to contact to find out what was happening and it was usually because I hadn't filled out all the forms. Yes that's my fault but you know executive functioning is a trait of ADHD and at no time have they sent any chasers or emails to say you only filled out 1 form. I appreciate the burden of dealing with people like me but you would expect the assessment service to be prepared for these kinds of things. I just feel they could help us with automated chaser emails.

After receiving my referral and completing all the forms, I did not have to wait long for my ADHD assessment. The assessor Tracey showed kindness and patience throughout the process; explaining everything, and asking me if I had any questions. At the age of 59, having a diagnosis has helped me to understand why I've had some of the struggles through my life.

I had my assessment yesterday I was ver surprised for how long toke was very fast , very happy with it , I can tell I was heard completely understandable aswell, I was explained all I need to know about my conditions, very easy to talked to mr William, now I'm waiting for the reports .thank you definitely recommend the service right to choose.

Waiting time for appointment was not too long. Very professional video assessment and diagnosis. Was made to feel confident and comfortable during the process in what could otherwise have been an overwhelming situation for me. I recommend this company and the service they provide.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my assessment was processed. It's early days, but I will be interested to see what difference diagnosis makes.

Professional and friendly approach. I'm comfortable to talk about myself.

The specialist who saw me not only did the assessment in a way that I could have regular day examples to be able to answer with more accurate responses, but he also helped me to understand all the pros and superpowers that come with adhd. He stayed over time just to reassure me with loads of examples, tips, and make me feel more at ease with it. Wish he was my therapist! He was absolutely fantastic. Empathetic, down to earth with typical day to day examples rather than book written ones, very nice. Would highly recommend him!
