Skyclub.com "The First & Business Flight Company" Anmeldelser

Great service, great price! Our representative Nathan was superb and he got us an unbelievable deal on Business Class long haul flights. He listened and delivered within 24 hours this amazing deal.

Excellent company nothing is to much trouble

Booking agent Seth Ignatius was genuinely helpful and tried his best to assist with my booking. However, the fare that was promised as “blocked” was not honoured just 2 hours later. When I raised the issue with customer service, agent Ian Williamson was downright rude and dismissive. Overall, I am disappointed with both the failure to honour the fare and the poor attitude from customer service.

Great service! Milton had patience and got me the perfect deal for probably 50% of what I could have got shopping myself.

Milton Mendis handled my bookings and everything went smoothly.

Very helpful and provided a good competitive price.

Quick and efficient. Thank you.

Told them what I wanted. 'Seth' searched, modified and came up with two acceptable flights, took my details did the bookings , sorted the seats, kept me uptodate and for a very good price.

I have been using SkyClub for a while and wouldn't go anywhere else for expert advice and attention to detail. Thanks Ray for your exceptional service!

Great customer service

I’ve dealt with Max twice this past year and the service has been first class. Highly efficient as well as courteous and knowledgeable.

They made booking flights easy.
I achieved exactly what I was looking for in regard to all aspects of my trip to Australia.
The price for the Business Class fare was extremely good. Also the staff were excellent and courteous.

Great deals on flights but the most incredible customer service. Charlie and Hamesh are superb - thank you so much

Rather than go through the headache of looking myself for flights and prices I was prepared to pay which would have probably involved looking all over the place and taking much time, I entrusted this task to sky club; told them what I wanted with some days flexibility either side. The rep , Christine, came back pretty quickly with a most reasonable flight and in fact costing less than I was able to find in the short time I spent searching, so I was most pleased. So I am in possession of an excellent business class flight to Bogotá for less than i had expected. It is direct which is even better. No stops in Europe or USA. Great! Furthermore Christine responded speedily to one or two subsequent questions I had about the flight. So, in short, a most pleasant and easy experience.

Speed , efficiency and a great price.

Bella the SkyClub person who dealt with my enquiries, itinerary and tickets was exceptional as she always has been

Great experience booking with Skyclub. Seth could not have been more helpful. He was brilliant! I wish other companies could demonstrate customer service as good as this!

Service good. Found a flight cheaper than elsewhere. Nice follow up

Very attentive and lots of effort
And good price

Very helpful, I have not been on holiday to Aus since covid, and I found the process very smooth

Seth was extremly helpful in getting us the right prices for a month long trip. He kept us updated and answered all our questions. This was our first experience of using Skyclub and we were very impressed by Seth's professionalism and knowledge. In the course of our booking we also spoke to Ian, who, like Seth was very helpful. We would happily recommend Skyclub and we will be using them for future bookings.
