We came to white Rose and Arina signed it us up for tv and explained everything to us! Definitely recommend her.

Sky service - very unprofessional

Very poor customer service.

I called Sky several times over the past week asking for a cable to be removed from my house so I can paint the exterior. Despite explaining the situation repeatedly to different agents, no one was able to provide a solution.

Instead, I was told to contact Openreach myself, even though Sky should have been able to advise me properly or arrange the correct process. To make matters worse, one of the agents ended the call while I was still trying to explain the issue.

The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I expected much better customer service from Sky.

I can appreciate how disappointing it must have been to contact us multiple times for assistance and feel no closer to a resolution. You should have been given clear guidance on the correct process, and I'm sorry if this wasn't the case.

I'm also concerned to hear that one of the calls ended while you were still explaining the issue. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand why this left you feeling let down.

Think it's time to cancel sky been with…

Think it's time to cancel sky been with them 6 years now
Every morning before work sky won't turn on got to press and hold the power button not easy when it's behind the tv on wall
Then when it does work same old crap on
Or and another thing if I want to watch a good film after pay extra to watch it
And I paid £40 each box for my daughters room if and when I cancel I after send them back I paid for them il keep them that a joke is that what am I paying for it's horrible
Time for sky tv to shut up shop let someone else have ago can't do any worse staff at white rose don't have a clue talk crap

Hi Steven, I’m sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving after being with us for 6 years.

I can appreciate how disappointing it is when your equipment isn't working as expected, especially if you're having to manually restart it each morning just to get it up and running. That's certainly not the experience we'd want you to have.

I also understand your concerns around content costs and equipment. While some films and events do carry an additional charge, and Sky equipment may need to be returned when a subscription ends, I appreciate it can feel frustrating if this wasn't what you expected.

I'd like the opportunity to look into the issues you're having with your TV service and discuss any concerns around your account.

Went to white rose centre and was approached by a sky sales assistant tariq. He was absolutely amazing went through everything with us and we ended up getting a Samsung 25 with the correct amount of data thst I needed. Amazing customer service would highly recommend if you are thinking about getting sky or sky mobile ThanksTariq
