I visited Sky yesterday to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I have to say the service I received from Shazad was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best deal possible.
Shazad explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. His customer service was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats customers with such respect.
I walked out extremely happy with my new phone and the overall experience. Sky is lucky to have someone like Shazad on their team. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

My experience was excellent and I left more than pleased with the outstanding customer service I was given. The sales advisor called Ali was a wonderful help with explaining all products and services sky offer and making them easy to understand.

Sky sold is fast fibre optic broadband amd we paid £150 for the service including movies. We struggled to get Internet it turned out it was between 2 and 19 per second and that they had upgraded us to the highest level
Turned out we were paying for fibre optic but getting service from copper wires.
They lied.
There were days we had to go to cafes to use their Internet sky was so bad
We cancelled and have gone to virgin
We gave 30 days notice
They cancelled our Internet immediately without telling us and insist we pay for 30 days of Internet sky box sets and movies that they have switched off
They are disgusting
When we called up to complain they suggest we renew the contract to have our service reconnected
We declined

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear how disappointing this has been. You should never feel misled about buying fibre broadband only to receive copper‑based speeds, especially when your service was struggling between 2–19Mbps. It’s understandable why you felt forced to switch providers.
I’m also sorry for the issues around cancellation. If you gave 30 days’ notice, your services should not have been cut off immediately, and you certainly shouldn’t be charged for a full notice period on services you can’t use. Being asked to renew your contract just to restore those services is equally unacceptable.
Your feedback is important and will be passed to the teams who handle sales, service quality, and cancellations so we can improve.
