Sky - Kingdom Centre, Glenrothes Anmeldelser

The adviser Claire was and is wonderful, she is patient, supportive and thoroughly professional. If it wasn’t for her I would have left Sky altogether as the AI phone and pressurised on phone adviser is not a customer service that I respond to.
Thank you again Claire and would recommend others to her service.

Ash was polite helpful and patient with me. I have little knowledge or patience with tech side of phone. Whole process of purchase and setting up made easy.

I want to say thank you to Claire, who helped me with the process of getting me up and running with sky tv. Claire was very helpful. And very friendly. And guided me through every single detail.
This is why I give Claire 5 stars

Had the most wonderful experience today with Claire. Five star customer service. A true ambassador. Thank you for helping our dearest friend Mary. Nothing was too much trouble. You made the whole transaction a great pleasure. Mary is so looking forward to receiving her Tv on Friday. Kindest regards Dr Alastair xx

Carl & Claire were a great double act. Knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything and all aspects of the installation process. Great job guys, thank you

Claire served me for my new TV package. Explained everything easy to understand and in detail. I have also spoken to Gary, Ash and Shelley at this stand on different occasions over the years, asking for help, and they are so patient and informative. Keep up the great work guys!

Very knowledgeable friendly salesperson who took time to explain what was the best option for what we were looking for

Claire and Gary were wonderfully helpful and a delight to meet. I had a couple of questions regarding the Q control and signal issues, their responses were clear and accurate. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent customer service. Thank you again to them both.
