Going to come back because of JC

I just came to have a look at sky… and my god this guy “JC” is a pro , a legend .. he made my visit so easy and productive plus gave me advices to make my credit score more perfect.. he gave me good suggestions and recommendations for all the new stuffs.. JC you are great.. you deserve a raise or promotion..

Your company is a rip off and your…

Your company is a rip off and your charging me £51 from 1 April despite me being a long term customer for over 20 years and have the cheek to say to me because I have £31 discount you cannot offer me more discount absolutely disgusting behaviour and I will be leaving Sky TV in 2028 and will get a Amazon Firestick instead where I will save money as I don't have to pay anything per month and will get more channels!

Lies, terrible customer care and overpriced services

I’ve been a Sky customer since the early 90’s through every iteration of their satellite TV products. So I’m used to the annual charade of getting the letter with a proposed massive price increase, then the telephone negotiations, being passed to a manager for a “special” one time only deal, attempted to be sold products and services I don’t want, then being passed to another department and finally having to start the disconnection process before being given a price with a marginal increase on what I was paying the year before.

But this time Sky have lost a 30+ year customer as after going through this whole process and agreeing a price that was acceptable, the actual price they are charging is different and they refuse to honour the quoted price.

Sky you are an absolute disgrace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry that after more than 30 years with Sky, things have ended this way. You should never have to go through such a long and frustrating negotiation process each year, and it’s completely understandable that you expected the price you agreed on to be honoured without any surprises.
Being quoted one price and then charged another is unacceptable, and I can see why this has caused such a loss of trust, especially after decades of loyalty. You deserved clear communication, consistency, and respect for the time you’ve spent as a customer.
Your feedback highlights an important issue, and it will be passed on to the relevant teams so we can look at how these conversations and price agreements are handled.
If there’s anything still outstanding or you'd like us to review the agreed price again, please get in touch, we’d like the opportunity to put things right.
