I’m still waiting on product…#74609 sent tracking number 7/31…it’s now 8/2 USPS states they are waiting on pkg. I was so excited and planned to use this site for several things… the retina gel 1% was my first product… I’ve emailed at least twice for update… no response..if I receive product I will happily update this site!!!

Easy to find what I wanted to purchase and came quickly

This company ignored my request via email to return a hydroquinone product that smelled bad. I then returned the item via USPS mail to the return address listed on the website, and it was sent back to me.

I love this website I was skeptic at first if it was legit and if the products was legit but all of it was and I use the website monthly.

Very quick turnaround. Good selection.

I bought a tube of hydroquinone and it was a tube of clear liquid. Gross. Not cream at all. It just poured out like water. Ugh. (I bought one previously which was fine). Anyway it was gross.

Thought this site was a golden mine and found out differently ordered my products got no response so i emailed a few days later, someone replied saying a tracking number will be sent and it will be delivered 2-3 business day, so I got a tracking number and for 2 weeks, the tracking results show that the package was not given to the postal service for delivery, so I emailed again and got nlo resources, so I called, and a guy answered the phone like it was his personal cell phone, not a a business, asked him about my order, he said all orders were shipped out already.... got me thinking if that was the case the carrier would have already tracked it in their system, what is going on here, I'm thinking cut my losses and ge my money back.

I was a little cautious when I first ordered from them because of the reviews. But I'm a happy (new) customer! I emailed them a few days after my order because I didn't have a tracking number for my package (I ordered trentinoin gel) and THE NEXT DAY I had an email from them. That's pretty quick to me! They gave me the tracking number and a few days later it arrived. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The only thing I would recommend is that they email or text the customer a tracking number ASAP but maybe that was my fault for not registering an account first...I made one afterwards though. So maybe they DO send them out but you have to have an account first. IDK. But I got my trentinoin! And I'm a happy new customer! Will be ordering again! And recommending to everyone I know! They responded quickly and promptly to my email and that right there is top notch customer service of you ask me! :) (Tracking was legit and product was perfect.)

Quick and easy

omg- emailed them twice- No reply! the audacity if them. They don;t show the ingredients on their website- so i ordered anyway- (thinking, well, everybody in 20224, is pretty much aware of toxic product agents, so I guess I can trust them). I got the product- full of harmful, cancerous chemicals. I just wanted to return it and get a refund. They aren't responding. Had I saw their reviews first however, I would have never gave them business.

I previously purchased from the company a couple months ago to buy Tret. It was a decent experience THEN. I’m not sure what happened but do not purchase from them NOW. Unprofessional no customer service nor support. Emails go unanswered. Had to message them on Instagram to get a response about their so called “3-4 USA delivery” LIES. They do not ship the product. Instead of professionally responding they chose to refund my order? Why not ship my item out in the first place? Or simply contact me via email and let me know what’s going on with my order? Unprofessional. Purchase elsewhere.

Update: I did not request a refund. I stated where is my order? I wanted information regarding the order and when it would be shipped out OR a refund. You guys automatically went to a refund. As I said I won’t be purchasing from here again.

my order took 10 days to arrive, and I received an email from SkinCareGlows asking me to submit a review. I did so, stating the long delivery and that I wasn't sure about the product since the consistency was different than any I had used before. Almost a month later, my Three Star review was never posted - this company ONLY posts Five Star reviews. If you want customers to take your company seriously, posting only glowing five star reviews isn't the way to do it, and it makes people doubt whether these are authentic. Only honest reviews are the ones I've seen on TrustPilot.
After posting this review, I received a TrustPilot email stating "SkinCareGlows has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience." To keep my review online, I was asked to provide "valid" documentation. I had already provided my order number, but I submitted everything I received from them. If SkinCareGlows makes such an effort to hide honest reviews by their customers, why would anyone do business with them?

I’m working on my dark marks and the cream triluma has changed it around for me. Great results and only a few weeks. This is my 3rd time ordering and definitely recommend. Fast shipping

I ordered product on 10.17.23 and they sent an invoice and an update on processing with a tracking number. However as I tracked the package it was very odd. The tracking was all over the place. Then showed being sent to facility then returned for insufficient shipping address. However when looking at my shipping and billing address both were accurate. They are currently stating I provided the wrong info when I have provided the proof. Do not order from this company. I also called the number listed for company and a gentleman answered and was not professional at all. Didn't even answer like a business. Which was unusual. He asked for invoice number I provided and he confirmed my order info and address and then said it was not accurate I again explained that is was in fact correct. I also will add I had sent two emails prior with no response. I used afterpay and have no problem with afterpay.

Second time ordering. First time no issues but this time, I received a Tazret that was already punctured. I don't feel safe using it so I reached out on Instagram, by email and webform with no responses despite their claim of 24/7 service.

UPDATE 10/31/23: They requested a picture of the item on 10/18 which I sent immediately. I have reached out twice more after that date (the 20th and 23rd). I've received no response since the picture request on the 18th. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

I felt the need to come review because either I accidentally ordered the wrong thing or the cart wasn’t correct somehow, but these people made a no fuss, easy way to correct it. Also, their products work. I use hydroquinone, tretinoin, & the bitmoprost. I honestly feel like the generic Latisse is way better. I actually see results on it.

I bought a tretinoin cream 0,05 but I received Eflornithine Hydrochloride Cream.
The product arrived late and wrong.
Terrible.

Great company! I mainly use them to order hydroquinone cream and sometimes retinol. They deliver in a timely fashion and they deliver the real thing. Always quality products. Highly recommend.
