Horrible customer service! I have emailed 4 times, called twice, and sent two txt messages. I even inboxed them on Instagram. My order is being shipped to the wrong address, and I can't seem to get it corrected. I will never buy from them again.

They sent me wrong size containers in september. I sent them back for an exchange. I have emailed them for 4 months now and not one response or money back. Not quite sure what to do next

Received the wrong bag and have emailed repeatedly for the correct bag. Not a single email returned. No phone number to call. Don’t waste your money. Buy from WOLFpak instead! Better designs and great customer service.

Horrible Customer Service! Ordered the wrong items and reached out by email 4 times, and got nothing back. What's worse is I got a confirmation that they read the email and did not bother responding.

They sent the wrong item. No response from email about returning for refund exchange. No number to contact.

I ordered a large meal prep bag from Six Pack Fitness for $150. Immediately upon receiving the bag, I realized it would not work for me because of an internal design I could not see when viewing online. I made MULTIPLE attempts to reach out to this company the only way they provide on their site, which is by email. They never once responded to a single email requesting a refund and they never provided a means for returning the bag for a refund. Luckily my bank helped me out when they investigated and found that this company does not respond after I provided all of the necessary proof. DO NOT purchase anything from this company! You will never be able to communicate with them if there is any kind of issue with your order or product.

I’ve had a thoroughly disappointing experience with 6 Pack Fitness. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I’ve been completely ignored. Their customer service is non-existent, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to resolve issues. Additionally, there’s no way to track your package, leaving you in the dark about when, or if, you’ll ever receive your order. I expected much better from a company that markets itself as a premium brand. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

There is no way to get in contact with this company. We paid for a product they did not ship and we have emailed multiple times, at different addresses, and it gets returned to us. The contact number is not even with the company. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a bag for $119 USD. Selected standard shipping and it auto changed to Fed Ex International that includes duties and fees for $80. Then UPS delivered it to my door and charged me an additional $56 USD for duties and fees.
The company has refused to get back to me or respond to my inquiries. Do not recommend.

Ordered a bag, paid for shipping that explicitly covered duties and taxes, now the courier is asking me to pay for duties and taxes. $150 to ship an $80 bag. Unreal. Contacted them, phone is out of service, chat does nothing, email ignored. Really too bad.

I purchased after seeing that Doja Cat was training with 6 pack city fitness. I was so excited to try the program and purchased a package for $75. Once I wasn't able to access the materials and went 10 days without hearing a reply I figured it was scammy so I contested the charge with paypal. The business assured me I would be able to access materials and hopeful, I didn't go on with the contest. I emailed them several times and after getting a snappy reply they failed to reply anymore despite knowing I was charged and would not receive a refund. Basically got scammed, $75 and no reply. I'm bummed cos I really wanted to try it out

I have been eyeing the bags at Six Pack Fitness for quite a while. I finally decided to buy one, seeing all the positive reviews on their site I didn’t think twice about it. I pre-ordered a bag from them, waited over a month to get it, and when it arrived the surface was completely cracked and damaged. When I contacted the company they didn’t even apologize. They told me “we’re out of that bag but we can send you a different one”. I told them I didn’t want a different bag I wanted a refund and they told me that they can only give me a gift card.
When they packed up the bag there is NO WAY they didn’t see the damage. This is a crooked company who is trying to bait and switch their crappy products. I think that dollar store products have higher quality materials than this bag that they sent me.
I really wanted to support a small business during this pandemic, but this has left a super sour taste in my mouth. It’s too bad, because the bag looks beautiful online. I don’t know how the reviews for that style bag could possibly be real.

there bags are top quality, but there customer service is the worst

Bought a bag as recommended by my gym instructor. Good quality bags with great compartments and ideal for work. I was told to go on their UK website which is sixpackfitness.co.uk

I found the bag for £49 and ordered it via my credit card. 10 minutes later i received an email thanking me for my order. And i checked my credit card to check to see if my money had been taken and it had with a name of Wioleta Pietrzak listed on my credit card statement.
An hour later i received a refund notice by email. Then the website was shut down for “maintenance” and has stayed that way since then. My money has not been refunded and no bag has been sent. You can’t contact them for an explanation. No clue what’s happening. I’ve reported them to my credit card company. I would advise anyone to avoid this company and just buy their products via amazon or ebay.

I ordered several meal prep bags directly from the 6 pack fitness site on 9/15/19. I paid 30 something dollars for 2 day delivery so the bags would be here in time for an event I am hosting on 9/21/19. I received the delivery on 9/18/19. After opening the package, one of the bags was not the correct bag I ordered. I went back to my confirmation to make sure that the mistake was not on my end. Perhaps I put the wrong item in the cart. Nope. I ordered what I had intended to order and 6 pack fitness sent me the incorrect item. This was the reason why I ordered directly from them since amazon did not have the bag in this specific color, but 6 pack fitness did. I could have ordered the wrong bag they sent me from amazon and got free 2 day shipping with my prime membership. I really expected more ordering directly from 6 pack fitness... especially after paying an arm and a leg for expedited shipping, only to receive an incorrect item. The contact number they list on the email confirmation is not the correct number. Trying navigate through their website for a contact number is a little difficult, but their email is all over. I eventually did find the contact number, but after several attempts no one ever picks up. I did send an email regarding the issue, but it doesnt seem like there is going to be any way to clear up this mix up or even get it addressed for a few days.
