Site King Safety Workwear Anmeldelser

My issue was investigated promptly and expeditiously. The respondent was polite and cooperative, impressive, thank you.

Siteking are fantastic. The clothes are very cost efficient, very hard wearing and good value for money 💰 they are comfortable and smart and super easy to wash as difficult for dirt and dust to cling to the material. Their customer service representatives are also fantastic, extremely helpful and very quickly resolved my query and issue.

This was my first purchase on Site King and I bought a flip up medical face shield. I was delighted with the very fast despatch and the face shield is excellent - light and comforatable to wear and I bought as I specifically wanted the flip up feature. Plus a choice of colours!
Definitely would purchase from this site again and recommend without hesitation

Second time ordering from SITEKING as their website is really easy to use for online purchasing and the products are of good standard and delivered well packaged.
A small hiccup in delivery caused a delay in a recent order which was swiftly and courteously dealt with by websales@siteking who arranged for items to be sent on next day delivery.
Excellent customer service.

Ordered items midday and arrived the following day! Two colours were missing so I emailed them and they were also sent out immediately and arrived true next day. Marks are also really good quality and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and will buy from again.

Amazing service. Really fast and helpful responses. Items in previous order delivered promptly and well packed. Good quality items. Can not fault their company.

Really helpful and efficient company, we were faced with a really tight deadline to purchase branded rucksacks for our customer for a charity bike ride and Site King came to our rescue.
Great quality product, print and delivery.

I purchased 2 flip up medical face shields on 7th July and have not worn them very often maybe 4 or 5 times and the rubber / elastic link has snapped on both.

I received a response within 2 hours of contacting Site King Safety requesting my order number and a photo of the item, which I did.

I was issued with a full refund, and that Quality Control would ensure no other customer would suffer the same issue.

I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.

Thank you

I bought a face shield from Site King but it had a crease at eye level, probably caused by the packaging. However on complaining I was treated extremely well & the product was replaced very quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone

My order was delivered in 2 days & the face masks look to be of good quality arriving in perfect condition. Thank you for your speedy service.

Great face shields, easy to assemble, and really helpful customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Received my face shield and it fits perfectly, there customer service is very good if you have a query

Following my complaint: customer service swiftly reimbursed me, did not require me to return the items and explained the taxes satisfactorily. I should say that the same item is for sale at different prices.

Face Visors
I purchased my face visors easily on this website, the customer services team were excellent, a great overall service, good quality product and delivered as promised.

Excellent customer service. Wrong order delivered but Aston arranged replacements and they were delivered within 24 hours

Placed order very easily on website for face shields and masks, have been kept informed all the way regarding delivery which was very prompt. Very impressed.

Items delivered quickly but garment a different colour from that ordered. When this was pointed out, the supplier immediately applied a refund to compensate.

Whilst it was a shame that the wrong colour of item was sent, the situation was dealt with in a speedy and acceptable manner. I will use this supplier again.

Thankyou so much for the speedy delivery of my face shields. I'm highly delighted.

Ordered some masks and after a week and some, nothing had arrived. I emailed and got a quick response back and more masks were put into a delivery for me to receive next day. I know the postal service is slow at the moment so it was much appreciated. Excellent service. Will order again.
