Om Site King Safety Workwear

Skrevet av virksomheten

Established in 1998, Site King started life as an idea by two brothers. At the time they were selling safety boots and workwear at a single stall at the local market. The market stall gained traction fast with multiple locations becoming a weekly pitch for the brothers. Before long it was no surprise that they wanted to bring out products of their own.

Using the knowledge gained from years of selling they introduced lines of footwear and trousers. These soon became a must-needed purchase when visiting those local markets. With every product launch being a success the brothers decided it was time to focus their efforts on the brand, and with this, the Site King Brand was born.

Site King has now become a nation's favourite for safety workwear, footwear, and PPE. Best known for our work trousers, we have expanded this range to over 10 own brand styles. They are worn throughout the UK with thousands of positive reviews. Our unique styles offer practicality no matter the job, an ideal choice for all trades.

With each of our products, we use only the highest-grade materials to ensure maximum durability. We also use a very strict approval process before stocking any supplier-based items. We do this to ensure that every product we offer best matches our brand's quality.

At Site King we aren't just offering the best deals to the big PLC firms, we offer the same great discounts to the small independent trades. Keeping your costs low but keeping the quality high is vital to us. That's why we maintain high reviews across our brand, website, and products.

Turning into an expensive £15 work trousers

So I needed some work trousers that had pockets so I decided to order from these guys after checking on here. Packaged arrived quickly and kept me updated on were it was. The only problem I had was I ordered a size up and they didnt fit at all. Very small 22, don't be like me make sure you check the size chart before you put an order in,
I had to pay to send them back which cost me £5 and the postage was £3.33 turning into some expensive work trousers (if I knew i had to pay to send them back I would have gone somewere else)p
Luckly on the send back form it said if I wanted to change size so I have gone for the biggest size they do
Not sure if I would go back I am going to see when the other size comes

Hi Holly,
Thanks for submitting a review. Each of our products has a full size chart listing on the product page specific to that product. On our ladies trousers, we have measurements for the Waist, Hip, Rise, Thigh, Knee and Calf. These measurements are designed to give you the most accurate representation of the product before purchase.

Furthermore, we would love for you to fill out a product survey for us. This will give us direct feedback about the product in question and better help us improve the sizing. You can find a link to this here: https://forms.gle/HzExdfPqNSKu3so46

If you have any further issues, please drop us a message via websales@siteking.co.uk.

Thanks,
Site King.

Excellent company

I highly recommend this company, speedy delivery, excellent competitive prices and always seem to have plenty of stock. I've only ever had one issue which was resolved very quickly with a refund due to a certain type of ppe provider as some of the mask straps kept snapping, so you don't always get the same mask provider but these are the only company I use now any my MIL also uses them. Very happy with these.

Great gear, proper sizing, good prices

For my son, it's been extremely useful to be able to get strong work trousers at a proper tall person lengths that are also not baggy. Too often extra tall also means extra big! There are a lot of tall very slim folk out there.

We've bought three pairs of the cargo work trousers - 32/34" waist, with true 36" extra long leg - perfect for work boots and a lad with 37" inside leg. Your gear at these sizes and great prices are the best find for him.

Perfect Work Trousers!

We order our work trousers from Site King and we really cannot complain. The ordering process is quick and easy and delivery is prompt. I have placed around 6 orders in the last 9 months and all were processed and received within 3 - 5 days. The quality and fit are both perfect too!

I would happily recommend to anyone.

Too small

I know my size, I bought 2 sizes just in case, both came up way to small, the leg length was fine, I could get them over hips but could I do the zip up in both sizes? No! The material isn’t great either not good for summer wear when working.

Svar fra Site King Safety Workwear

Hi Nikki,
Sorry to hear that you had a problem with one of our products. Although, we display our size chart on the product page to make ordering as easy as possible. In some rare cases, our products may not match this. If you could send over your order details to websales@siteking.co.uk our team will get a refund issued immediately.

Please also include an image of the item including a tape measure at the affected area so we can compare it against the size chart?

Thank you,

Skin abrasions from pants material

The quality is decent and the price is great but something is not right with my skin and the material. The right side of my lower leg has developed a rash where the pants material rubbed my skin. It looks like a horrible bruise with abrasions. Sad because I wanted to order more. Value for money. I have photos but can't seem to upload.

Good quality trousers

Good quality trousers, nice and thick. Firm, non-stretchy. I ordered a size up from my normal size, but they didn't fit. I took a chance and ordered 3 sizes up, and they fit perfectly. Customer services were speedy. I returned my trousers on a Monday, to exchange for larger size, and they arrived on the Saturday.

Stitching…

I think they need to improve the quality of the stitching. I have a pair of cargo trousers bought by my company 3 months ago and the leg seams are coming away, velcro pocket straps coming away and 3 of the picket edging have come away with items falling from my pockets.
Well shoddy like.

Svar fra Site King Safety Workwear

Hi Ray,
It's a shame to hear that the product purchased for you by your employer hasn't lasted as expected. We stock many well-known branded work trousers so would like to narrow down the exact product you had an issue with. If you could send us more detailed feedback about the product we would really appreciate it.

Ideally, we would also have the original order number to narrow down when and where these were purchased from.

The best email to reach us would be websales@siteking.co.uk.

Kind Regards,
Site King Customer Service.
