Poor service. Loan estimate was different from closing disclosure and many fees got added that shouldn't have been there.

The overall process was very smooth and…
The overall process was very smooth and company did a good job but when they sold loan to other company they did not transfer all the information and transition was not smooth so I will say Sistar need to improve on that, for example new mortgage service company never informed Insurance company so my home insurance almost expired due to non payment of premium.

My Loan officer Ryan Neading was very pushy and very inconsiderate as this was my first time purchasing a home. He also lied to me about many things to convince me just to make an extra dollar. I wouldn’t recommend sistar mortgage
