There were some issues with the seller’s side which caused hold ups, and Sistar was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. I was hassled unnecessarily in the verification documents. Further, I was promised I would get a $1500 credit by the agent. He did not keep his promise at the end. The rate of interest as well was never revised although it did go down for a while.
