I had a great experience participating in a focus group at SIS International.
As someone who works from home, I enjoyed the chance to get out and participate in a focus group. The research facility was clean and well-run, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The focus group I participated in started on time and was a pleasant experience overall. I enjoyed providing my feedback and contributing to the product development process.

I attended a focus group at SIS several months back and had a great experience! It was well organized and the moderator made it fun and engaging. I had a great time and walked away with some cash. Win-win! Hope to take place in another group soon!

I really enjoyed my experience with SIS International Research. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is easy to find and really clean. I participated in a taste test. I had a great time and my experience was smooth. I recommend that anyone should participate in their studies if given the opportunity.

Well organized. I Didn't have to wait for the focus group to start. Fun and exciting products and assignments to try.They allow each panelist time to say their piece. Payments are promptly made at the end of the session

Being part of a panel and being able to express myself and give my opinions, is a lot of fun for me. Know that I contribute to further research is very fulfilling and rewarding.

My experience was pretty smooth working with SIS International Research. From the initial contact down to leaving the facility, everything went well. They are straight to the point and I wouldn’t mind participating again if the opportunity presents itself. Highly recommended.

SIS is a fantastic company. I participated in a medical devices study last year and they made it so easy and seamless. SIS staff was very helpful and was able to answer/clarify any questions that I had about the research. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family interested in participating in a market research group.

Great legitimate market research company! We got to leave with the product, it was a great group, didn’t take too long, and the incentive was great! Looking forward to more studies.

The staff were very pleasant and the session was kept on time - started and ended at the times we were scheduled. We were paid promptly at the end as promised. The facilitator did not appear to have been briefed on quite as much information about the product we were testing as I had expected but she acknowledged all of our questions as valid ones to pass along to the product developer.

The staff at SIS International were remarkable during my participation in a medical device study. Their organization and warm welcome set a positive tone. They have excellent communication skills, which made the entire process smooth and easy to understand, texting and reminding me before the study. I highly recommend SIS International for anyone interested in participating in research studies.

I advise everyone to look at the “reviews” carefully. Almost all accounts that have reviewed this company only have one review on their account with the wording similar across all reviews. I received an email from this company for a compensated interview. It linked me to a third party surveymonkey survey. this seems very odd and unlikely. If your not expecting any comms from this company, stay away!!

They were VERY organized. Someone was there to greet me when I arrived and then offered me water. They took me at my scheduled time. Explained everything they were doing throughout the process. Was testing how different injectors would feel on your skin. There was NOTHING in them they were just plastic.

The study didn’t even take the time they allotted. The same woman that greeted me was there and ready with my cash payment.

It was a seamless process!!!!

I recently participated with SIS and had an absolutely superb experience. SIS ensures that they are gathering key stakeholders that can provide valuable feedback to propel their research.

SIS is very professional and organized and maintained a very positive atmosphere throughout. The moderator and other participants were all very pleasant to interact with and I had an enjoyable time. I would highly recommend SIS to everyone!
