I love using this app
I love using this app. It has helped me save so much on RX’s. The only problem I have with the app is sometimes it doesn’t work. I entered the name of a medication several times but nothing comes up. It’s a legitimate med but the app says something to the effect of “no drug found”. Exiting the app and restarting it do not help.

Pricing Misleading
SingleCare’s pricing information is misleading. I searched for a coupon for Soolantra, and the listed price at my pharmacy was $165.34. However, when I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist informed me that the cost with the SingleCare coupon would actually be $781.80—approximately $200 more than what I would have paid using my insurance.
Only after returning home did I review the fine print at the bottom of the page, which states that the listed price is an estimate. I strongly recommend that you display a clear and prominent notice at the top of the page indicating that the price shown is an estimate to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.

Visited Kroger Pharmacy to utilize SingleCare for my Wegovy prescription, which indicated a payment of approximately $41. However, upon processing the codes, the pharmacy staff deducted $400 from the total of $1,412. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by this experience. Consequently, I will refrain from using your service in the future and do not recommend it to others.

This occurred because of an issue on our website where the "Quantity" selection is defaulting to a small number of pills rather than the full month's supply as would typically be processed at the pharmacy. We strive to show the version of a product which is most commonly-dispensed and we are working to fix this product's default display so it does exactly that.
