Simply Bits Anmeldelser

The installers were great - quick, helpful, and friendly. The service is a much improved state from 'other' bigger companies. Thanks to my neighbor for the recommendation!

The installer was, kind and well informed. Pleasant experience and would recommend you to my friends.

Technician was personable and polite. Learning service not so great.

I am unable to work from home with your system. I have left messages and no one calls back. I talked to a tech in Toronto 2 weeks ago and he was a jerk. Likely I am going to have to turn your service off if it will not work with the company I work for. Someone needs to call me asap. 5208506027. Thank you. Tina

Ms. Masters listened to my issue (temporary need to shut down the 5 GHz channel on my eero mesh network to connect security camera), called a colleague who could perform the temporary shutdown which only Simply Bits could do, and stayed on the line until her colleague reported shutdown successful. I was able to connect the security camera and the 5 GHz channel restarted 15 minutes after the shutdown as promised. On top of that, Ms. Masters called me back later (as she said she would) to confirm everything had worked out OK for me.

I was ready to switch providers and Simply Bits caught my eye. They had good reviews and the real plus was free installation. The person that scheduled me was good and patient with all my questions and the service tech that did the installation was very professional.
Overall, Simply Bits made a good first impression and hope this will continue during my use.

Needed some help reprogramming numbers in our office phone system Suzette really went above and beyond to help. She has great personality and a wonderful energy. I'm extremely happy with the help she provided.

Everyone I have spoken to or been in contact with has been positive and helpful. I am very appreciative! That's hard to find in our society these days.

I have been a customer of Simply Bits for many years. From day one, the company has always been responsive to my concerns.
During a recent upgrade to my service, I had the opportunity to work with Suzette, Jay, Tonya and Mike G. What a great experience to work with a positive, "get it done" staff.

I was very pleased with the service . When I had questions I was answered clearly. They set up the date for installation and they came promptly as stated.

Excellent customer service and they explained everything very nicely

People were nice and friendly and got it done as quick as they were able to

I had no problem getting service installed quickly. The installer was very knowledgeable and thorough.
