I have been using Simply Docs for about 8 years and, the reason why I use them is they are constantly updating the documents and guidance notes to ensure they are as up-to-date as possible because the law is ever-evolving and, dictating changes to legislation and documents. The documents are always clear and concise and the descriptive means that you can be sure what you're downloading is the right document for your requirements. Even if you're in doubt, the staff are always helpful and well-versed about the document's content and usefulness.

Very useful source of sound legal and other documents
I am now semi-retired, and so, being honest, have much less use for it, but previously I was in practice (Chartered Accountant) for many years and have subscribed to Simply Docs for a long time. I always found it immensely useful as a basis for many types of documents I needed to produce without having to spend a fortune on a lawyer. I would very much recommend the site.
