Simple Lighting had the products I needed at a fair price. They provided packs of mounting strip that included covers, fixings and end caps, and all at the price lower than many competitors. I asked for custom length leads that was also no problem. They are all installed now and look/work very well. Thank you Simplelighting.

I was very disappointed with the standard delivery service—it was much slower than expected. After realizing that next-day delivery wasn't included, I called to cancel the order since it hadn't yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke to was not helpful at all. He insisted that the order couldn't be canceled because it was already "in process," even though it clearly hadn’t been shipped. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to return the item, I would have to cover the postage costs myself. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience.

Very good experience, great quality product for a very reasonable price. Easy enough to install. Only docking one star because I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it, but to be fair to them I didn't complain as the project was running slightly behind schedule so it suited us anyway. Will definitely use them again but won't be paying for next day delivery next time :)
