Simon Miller & Company Anmeldelser

I used Simon Miller’s team of agents to sell my property in Harrietsham, Kent.
From start to finish a lovely smooth operation. Very helpful, charming and happy people, which made a stressful situation a lot easier.
Many thanks Wasim & team

A top notch estate agent. Wasim is most helpful and efficient, he is very knowledgeable about property and property market, very charming and pleasant to work with.

After nearly 5 years trying to sell our house Simon Miller sold it for us at a good price in less than 5 months from instruction to completion. Highly Recommended.

Smooth sell of our house, and a quick and easy purchase of our new house. Thanks to the great team at Simon Miller!

Simon miller estate agents and especially Elliot did a fantastic job finding the perfect property for my family.
They sorted out everything for me and are still looking after me.
A big thank you to all the staff and would highly recommend

Wasim and team were very good, when we had to sell our fathers house due to him going into long term care, also like to thank Claire and Stephanie from the sales team who were brilliant and kept us up to date throughout.

Good all round experience, everything went smoothly.

Excellent friendly service…sold our house really quickly to the perfect buyers. Negotiated a great price for us. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Very efficient and friendly service, wished we'd used Simon Miller to sell our house as well as to buy from !

Wasim and his Team are very pro-active. Negotiated a great price for our sale which wasnt the highest offer but was the best buyer...the buyer was that perfect for us Simon Miller supported our solicitors to complete the sale in just 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks!! We had a very bad experience with Your Move that ended up costing us thousands so avoid at all costs. If Simon Miller cover your area then do not look anywhere else, best in the area.

Stress free sale.

From initial contact to completion this sale was stress free, professionally and proficiently handled by Simon and Libby.

Dan and his team in larkfield branch was excellent from start to finish, we sold our house pretty quickly and the team helped us with regular updates regarding our conveyancing, we couldn’t get in touch with our solicitor at one point but the team managed to contact her and put pressure on her to make sure everything goes smoothly. Their charge was less than the competitor as well.
Highly recommended if you wanna have a piece of mind and easy transaction with house sale.

We are so grateful to Sandra and Lindsay in the Lettings Department. We have not rented a property before and they have helped us every step of the way. They manage to combine professionalism with a relaxed and friendly approach. Exactly what we needed at a very stressful time.

Excellent service from Simon Miller, particularly Hayley, she was always on hand to answer any queries we had and provide updates. As first time buyers we were not always sure on the process, however the team at Simon Miller in Larkfield were very supportive and helpful throughout.

Jeremy Bancroft provided excellent service when we sold our cottage in East Farleigh. He is professional, punctual and follows through on his commitments while he listened to our needs and concerns. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

We have just completed on our dream house and Kelly at Simon Miller, West Malling, has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the first valuation we knew we wanted to work with her - we felt she was on our side, supportive, helpful and never pushy. She sold our house 3 times very quickly due to buyers dropping out, and secured us an excellent price. Our search area was very small and the market was moving very fast, but she calmly assured us she would find us somewhere and she did! Kelly was able to secure us viewings before anyone else of properties that hadn’t even made it online yet. She even stepped in to speed up the conveyancing process whenever it seemed to stall. Kelly and the whole team at Simon Miller - Tony, Hayley, Molly, Dan - conducted themselves with honesty and integrity from start to finish and we highly recommend them. Thank you!

We were recommended to use Simon Miller by a friend .

Their method of identifying potential buyers and the selection process is effective .
Thanks to Wasim and his team including of Gemma, Liberty, Jeremy and others -- always available .

I have recently sold my property through Simon Miller in West Malling. I found all of the staff extremely helpful and professional especially Tony Haskins who went the extra mile to make the process run smoothly and efficiently.

Dan and the team at Simon Miller, Larkfield, have been outstanding from start to finish with regards to the sale of our property. It sold within a couple of days and although we had a very long (and complex) chain below us, the team kept in touch and helped to manage it for us, through to completion. During very busy times, when it was proving difficult to get updates from our own solicitors, they were able to ask questions further down the chain to get updates for us along the way. Thank you!
