Gurinder removed some fitted wardrobes for us and carried the materials downstairs for waste collection. He was so friendly, so efficient and I would 100% book via Silver Saints again as a result of this experience.

My experience with the saints is not entirely satisfying when it comes to the timekeeping of their working hours but the admin staff is committed to resolving any issues.

I’ve used Silver Saints for a few years now, instructing Colin E for all works whenever he is available. He’s always been outstanding, covering a wide range of tasks efficiently and to an excellent standard. Colin was super helpful the other day when having booked him for the afternoon to help with decorating works for a rental we were moving out of, I needed him for the morning as well to complete some urgent works at our family home that we were moving back into - in advance of the removalists completing the move in that afternoon. He rearranged things at short notice to accommodate this, spending this whole day working across the two properties. I can’t recommend him enough - thank you Colin and to Silver Saints for the always excellent service.

Have had two silver saints and must say their attention to detail is excellent which is very important to me. If I get a job done - I want it done to exceptional standards. Zeedi (the silver saint who attended my address, performed a number of tasks such as installing a new dual socket plug to a plasterboard wall and numerous other jobs - did everything to exceptional standards. Easy to communicate with and kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely use again. I would say - great value for money if you want a job done once without having to revisit down the line.

EXCELLENT - DAST, EFFICIENT, FAIR

Gurinder constructed a garden bench from flat pack and helped extend an aerial cable for a sky box. As ever, professional and friendly. Always explained what he was doing. I will be using him again.

Two appointments cancelled at short notice as 'spare part has not arrived'. Third appointment kept but the parts ordered turned out to be for taps rather than the shower, due to a miscommunication, apparently. Final appointment kept and the part (which arrived within days this time) fitted, but the person was unable to calibrate the water temperature.
Eventually decided to leave something off in order to have a full range of water temperature.
Shower control unit has started to drip a bit but it's just not worth the hassle of another potentially pointless visit.
The customer services guy seemed helpful though.

Great service initially but ended up costing £200 to have a leaky tap replaced with a tap that now sputters and leaks water every time it’s used. No resolution offered despite the ‘Silver Saint’ recommending the tap replacement in the first place. Very disappointed and wouldn’t use them again. Extortionate cost for problem not being resolved.
