I ordered a product and got a totally different product. Now they ask me to pay for the return freight....

My friend gifted me the professional
My friend gifted me the professional hairdryer Lea, from Silky Planet. The packaging looked beautiful and there was a thank you note inside. The hairdryer works so well. My hair dries fast and looks smooth. I used it before a family event and everyone asked why my hair looked so shiny. I never expected such great quality. Now Silkyplanet is my first choice for beauty tools.

I tried the Nuri EMS facial massager
I tried the Nuri EMS facial massager. My skin looks fresh and healthy. It feels light and comfortable on the face. The battery life is good. I only wish the charging cable were longer. Still, the product works nicely. I like using it in my evening routine. Silky Planet did a good job with this device.

Ordered on Friday
Ordered on Friday, received on Monday (gift for my mother). Product was high quality and seems to have been sent from within the UK. I did some research on these IPL hair removal products and eventually figured that I'd try this store as they had a wider selection than others I'm guessing the products themselves come from China, but seem to work well enough.
