Great products and have bought many designs over the last few years.
Come very well packed and usually presented very well in gift boxes and pouches.

Excellent products. Excellent service. I cannot fault them. And such a lovely couple. I have purchased their products online and at a Christmas Fair

I first came across Silkwood last year at Bath Christmas Market, I purchased a large bowl which I wanted for my coffee table, I was so happy with my purchase that I went looking for matching coasters. I had a long chat with the owner ? John who explained how everything was made etc, he was so helpful and friendly. Hope I can find something else to buy in the future.

Absolutely delighted with this company. Brilliant delivery - so fast I couldn’t work out what Hermes email was about!! Arrived very quickly. The bowl ordered is beautiful and well packaged. I can’t praise them enough

Just received my beautiful Picasso vases. Well packed they came very quickly. Stunningly beautiful brilliant quality. Would recommend. Thank you John for your lovely comments in the invoice.

The products are beautiful, great quality and delivery was really quick

Ordering was easy, and delivery was very quick. The items were even better than in the pictures and the vase was particularly stunning.

I found Silkwood Traders at Bath Christmas market about 4 years ago. I have gone back and bought several things since then. The products are beautiful and make lovely gifts and they look as good after several years as they did on the day they were bought. They are always carefully packaged and posted quickly. They also come in the own silk covered boxes which adds to their charm. All at Silkwood Traders are very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely return to buy further gifts in the future.

I have bought from Silkwood Traders for many years having first seen them at the Winchester Christmas market. The products are lovely and last well. I have had the red vases for about 10 years now and they are like new. Excellent, quick service, I would highly recommend them

Beautiful products. I have bought a few things and have been very pleased with them and had lot’s of admiring remarks from friends. Really nice friendly people to deal
with.

Really good service and excellent products. Found exactly what I was looking for, arrived really quickly including with a weekend delivery and a hand-written note thanking for the order which was very much appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

The gifts arrived very quickly. They were carefully packaged and I am sure will be appreciated.

I have purchased items on 2 occasions as gifts for Christmas, both parcels were delivered quickly and were well packaged and very pleased with all the items bought. They make lovely presents!!

Speedy delivery, lovely products and the surprise element for me was the beautiful presentation and packaging- although the items I ordered were for me, I would be happy to give them as gifts. Very happy customer.

Very efficient service. Item bought as a present, but ordering and delivery was excellent.

Very user friendly website with prompt delivery.
Excellent quality of product, delighted with my purchases.

The products that I ordered came back very quickly well packaged with no damage. The products were exactly as advertised and the photographs of the products on the web site were perfect.
Everything I ordered exceeded all expectations.
The quality was second to none they came in their own velvet bags the perfect ideal gift.
I would highley recommend silktradets to anyone who wants a high quality product without the high cost.
I give them 5 stars and more.
