Poor communication and lack of leadership accountability
I contacted Sidebrief for support with company registration and website development. At first, communication seemed professional, and a specific time was scheduled for a call.
At the agreed time, I called several times with no response, no prior notice, and no follow-up. I was later told I had called late, which was not accurate. Just a Zero accountability.
When I raised the concern politely, the response from leadership was unprofessional instead of addressing the issue constructively.
Overall, the main problem was poor communication and lack of accountability from the leadership team. I hope the company improves its customer service standards
