I wish I did my research before ordering from them. I very nice and convincing Youtube advert for a device that will save you 75% of your electricity bills by a Japanese man. It did not make any difference to my bill. They offered my a 20% refund and I can keep the device. This is obviously a scam.

I ordered twice for an item and didn't receive the correct one.
27/12/2025 for the amount of £35.07
10/01/2026 for the amount of £37.49
and neither was the correct item,
No reply to emails.

Escroquerie qui est divulguée sur les espaces publicitaires de Rakuten intégrés dans les comptes personnels des usagers de Rakuten sans que cela soit clairement signalé. De surcroît, cette offre "promotionnelle" frauduleuse faisait suite à plusieurs achats que je venais de faire, j'étais en confiance, je pensais que c'était vérifié par Rakuten. Et bien, Rakuten s'en lave les mains en prétextant que ce sont des publicités... mais qui monnaie ces espaces publicitaires et qui y a un intérêt? Rakuten pour sûr qui est donc à boycotter sans plus attendre. Il n'y a donc pas que Cdiscount, et sans doute bien d'autres. Ce type de pratique illégale est de la responsabilité non seulement de l'entreprise escroc mais également de celle qui en fait la promotion et lui vend des espaces publicitaires sans compter qu'il y a peut-être d'autres avantages non avouables... Tous justiciables, à quand des plaintes massives? J'en suis.

this company is a total scam . the clothes look like linen embroidered. trust me they are not . its all printed and extremely low low quality material. please dont waste your money

I orderd some teeth that was advertised on utube thay sent me cheap crap that look like teeth from a joke shop I paid £33 for them I have asked for a full refund but keep getting emails offering me 20% now 30% we there advertised if unsatisfied with the product u can get a full refund with in 14days thay are false advertising and its hard to get your money back from them thay are scammers who just take your hard earned cash who don't give a monkeys about you my answare is avoid at all cost if it sounds to good to be true then it isn't save your money and let's put people like them out of business update to my post I payed for items from PayPal I complained and PayPal refunded my money with in 5 mins as getting nowhere with the scammers by emails I have allso contacted trading standers and utube who have there advertising on there I hope people read the reviews on here before buying anything from them it's not only dangerous stuff there sell its false advertising and thay need to be shut down

j'ai commandé sur facebook des cremes soit disant imortelle de l'occitane en solde d'une valeur de 78 € le 20 novembre à ce jour toujours rien reçu j'ai fais une réclamation au service indiqué qui n'aboutit pas qui me revient toujours arnaque ?

Hice una compra y nunca me llegó ni el artículo ni el dinero. Me contestaron al primer mail de reclamación pero no llegó ninguna solución y ya no responden. UNA CLARA ESTAFA.

commande passée le 19/11/2025, livraison prévue sous 8 jours. Rien reçu à ce jour (17/12) et aucune réponse à plusieurs mails envoyés ! il me semble bien que ce site est tout simplement une arnaque...et trust pilot se contente de retranscrire les avis des personnes qui se sont fait voler ! pas très sérieux tout ça.

I ordered the crispy fish on this website. 12 days passed. Nothing except they took my money through PayPal.

This company is a disgrace, what you order and what you get are 2 complete different items, they won’t refund you back your money even though they say they do, they let me pick anything I wanted in exchange which I did, I paid the £10 for the postage costs and all I got was a piece of plastic trash , what you order is not what your going to get it’s all rubbish, DO NIT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY It’s a joke only I’m not laughing

Still waiting for a delivery on Pergola ordered in June. Initially replied to my emails saying it had been delivered !! Then checking tracking etc. No reply to recent emails so raised a dispute via my bank. They have re imbursed me and should I get a refund the bank will take their money back. Doubt thats going to happen. Didn't realise item was coming from China till after I'd ordered. Was on a Costco site !! Stay well clear of this company

I bought their smart watches and it offered two for a discounted price and itaid there were Huawei watches.When l received them there were not an where near what they advertised.l have been emailing them and at first they offered 20% and l said l want my full refund and address to send them back.They then responded offering 25% and saying l keep the watches.l refused and they responded with 30% l also refused until they came to 50% of which by then l saw that they won't refund.l accepted and they agreed to refund.Till now they haven't and have been lying untill they stopped responding.My advice never buy from these scammers

placed order 7/13/25 and im told today to allow 7 more days. it is now 9/10/25. i have ask for my money back several times now and they keep asking for more time. i bought another product and had it in 3 days. this is a terrible company to deal with. but after reading reviews i see im not the only one. do not do business with them it looks like i have lost my money.

Terrible company, Product, portable ssd, very poor quality. No response when trying to return item - avoid at all costs

The dental product was unsuitable,didn't fit my mouth, so I asked for a refund. It took five days off responding to emails offering less than the purchase price before finally getting a full refund.

Après avoir fait un achat sur un autre site de ventes en ligne, ce site me propose un article à 1€ .
Heureusement que j'ai validé cet achat ( jamais reçu) par une carte virtuelle car ils ont essayé par la suite de me prélèver 75€
