This is my second time ordering from Shoppre. I used their Personal Shopper service and have been very happy with the service they provide. You receive updates to keep you informed and I found the whole process really simple to use. Would definitely recommend using.

Ordered some clothing from NBA store India had it sent to shoppre address who then forwarded it to me. The whole process was quick and easy and I was able to view updates on my personal locker whilst I awaited delivery.
Shipping from their warehouse to uk was very fast and efficient I paid for the express on Monday and three days later It has been delivered by DHL.
Overall great forwarding Company with transparent pricing and very fast turn around thank you highly recommended.

This was my first time using Shoppre. I needed to buy a product from India, but the store didn’t accept my country’s card or ship internationally. After reading great reviews, I trusted Shoppre and used their Personal Shopper service. Their WhatsApp support is excellent, quick replies, clear updates, and helpful assistance at every step. The process was smooth, from placing the order to delivery. Shipping costs were fair, and my package arrived in 7 days (customs caused a slight delay). Overall, an excellent experience! I’ll definitely keep using Shoppre. ❤️

I got the items as I selected , the agent was good and swift in responses, always letting me know if an item is out of stock or if it differs from the image. Shipping arrived in time. However your limit of shipping not more than 25000 INR worth of goods in one request did not sit well with me. Breaking it is not fair in pricing eventually. I found it costly to pay for 2 separate packages which ought to have been one. Please see how to sort it. Thankyou

It's been a great frist experience having my parcels handled by Shoppre. I appreciate that there is great and optimal cummunication at various stages. Also, they let you know if your products are damaged or different from the image when you use a personal shopper which is great. All in all, a good experience.

Item was consolidated (chose the non-urgent option) that Friday afternoon and arranged for pickup that very day!
Surprised to see the package already at my home country on Monday and delivered the next day!
Definitely recommend if you require fast shipping!

I am furious. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. My orders were shipped with so-called “restricted items” and then sent back — something that should have been flagged before shipment. Instead, you processed the order anyway, and now I’m the one paying the price. I had to cover the return costs myself, 50 rupees per item, which is a complete scam. I’m paying for your mistake, and that’s absolutely unacceptable.

Then, on top of this, I was charged for a 1.5 kg package when the actual weight of the goods was 800g. That’s fraud. You deliberately inflated the shipping weight just to squeeze more money from me. This is not a mistake — it’s a dishonest tactic to overcharge your customers.

After already paying for this inflated shipment, I was contacted by DHL via WhatsApp asking me to pay again — taxes and additional shipping fees. This is outrageous. I already paid for the shipping, and now you expect me to pay DHL again? What exactly did I pay you for?

I have ordered clothes and books from India using their service multiple times within a short period of time. This service is legit. They are prompt to respond and the service is fast. Their subscription and shipping costs are fair. I find their service costs to be reasonable.

Now coming to the bad experience, ordering clothes from Indian sellers is tricky and frustrating. Everyone who shopped in India understands this. The sizes are not standard. For example, a seller can label their kurta/chudidhar as Large for a particular chest size. But another seller might label the same chest size as XL or even Medium. So, as consumers, we must check the dimensions on every clothing piece, try it out in a trial room before buying it.

When buying online, this becomes more trickier since we cannot try them out. I was relying on Shoppre's quality team to check these basic requirements. After specifically asking them to verify the dimensions on the clothes, they blindly shipped clothes that were way too small. When I checked with them later, they kept arguing with me that the Indian labels do not show any thing other than letter sizes( L, XL etc). After I sent the photos of the labels of each and every clothing item, they still argued that they cannot see anything other than a letter size. I had to highlight the chest size and Kurta dimensions on the labels for each and every item. They still tried to blabber their way out of admitting to their mistake. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I have been respectful through the entire conversation. After spending thousands of rupees on clothes and shipping costs, all I am left with is clothes that don't fit and a headache. Now, I am not comfortable using their service to order clothes.

The customer service is the key to such businesses to stay relevant. I am not sure what kind of training has been given to their employees on the quality check team. But I could tell that it is not enough. Basic understanding of checking clothes sizes is not too much to ask for. They need to clarify with the customer with any questions.
