I very seldom write reviews and am usually sceptical of companies who advertise products that appear to be substantially cheaper. However I am delighted with my recent purchase (Merrell fell boots) which were exactly as advertised and delivered speedily. Thank you; will definitely use again!

Ordered a parcel on 11.05, item was "delivered" (left outside home) 15.05.
I have since been trying to resolve the issue with little to no response from shop outdoors. All they're saying is it was delivered to "my safe place" I do not have a safe place for delivery nor have I ever designated one.
Have raised a PayPal dispute as I feel I am actively being ignored. Order #43353
Update 28.05, shopoutdoors have finally refunded me. Very poor experience

great service, delivery and price on product

I purchased some Oakley Holbrook. They arrived in good time. But I noticed the box was a bit crushed on one side.. I then noticed the frame had a crack, and on further inspection discovered the lenses could just fall out. I contacted the shop, but the man arrogantly refused any responsibility and suggested that I’d probably sat on them. I found this very insulting, that he had suggested that. I had only owned them a couple of days. There was no reasoning with him. So I contacted Oakley they said they had been contacted recently by quite a few other people regarding the same seller, with similar issues. They say they are investigating the matter. Thankfully Oakley are really good with after care and sent me a discount code at 50% off due to the nature of my issue. I can only assume the man at the shop knows that they are faulty and possibly is selling seconds at the full price. Terrible shop and terrible attitude from the owner. I have well and truly been ripped off. So save your money and buy from somewhere proper

I bought Oakley sunglasses which arrived with a crushed box .. upon inspection I found the glasses were ok. But they didn't fit correctly... I tried them on ONCE and returned them in perfect condition in the box they arrived in. I gave them a thorough inspection on arrival and return. Now I get an email saying they have a scratch on lens. They say they want to return them to OAKLEY ... asked for photos no reply... Tried to call the person who emailed me... They wouldn't put me thru ... So these lenses if scratched at all could have been damaged by them ...
UPDATE I managed to get the glasses returned to me so I could see the scratches damage. They arrived this morning (credit to shop outdoors for that) ... I have now fully inspected and photographed them and cannot find one even tiny flaw in either lens. So I don't know if there has been a miss communication between customer service and warehouse and another pair of glasses was scratched. So I am trying to get to the bottom of this before I submit the final review

Great speedy delivery of my Tifosi glasses which were packaged well.
If there's one down side it was having to buy something for £2.99 to get free postage which would have cost more! seems like the company is doing themselves out there. But I'm happy with my goods and would shop here again.

Item has arrived, however I am now unsure if the Stanley cup we received is real. It arrived in bubble wrap and then cardboard wrapped and taped around it.
I have previously ordered a Stanley cup from elsewhere and it came in a box however they didn’t have the colour I wanted. I brought this for a gift so have had to take the wrapping off as it looked ridiculous. I’m considering sending it back in case its not real and I don’t want to be embarrassed
