If I could give them zero stars I would they essentially took my money for 3 days and refunded me saying out of stock then I go and look back at it and its still up at a higher price at best they will ship your full price stuff but discounted items will more than likely be refunded

Send the completely wrong item. Now I have to jump through all these hoops to return it and get a refund. I want the item, but definitely not worth the risk to try ordering it from them again.

Boots are as pictured and fast delivery. The color is VIBRANT;I LOVE THEM! Next the wear and longevity test I will be ordering again.

Let me start off by saying I am/ was at Ultimat Fan tier status the highest it goes. And part of the perks is you have 365 day extended return. I was within that window and was going to send back a few weeks ago and it said I had until Sep. 29 2026 and now for some reason it wont let me do it. I tried contacting them but just got a AI response which was absolutly no help at all just pissed my off more than anything. Also there has been countless times to where they didnt acually have item in stock but they aint going tell you that until you start asking where is my items. And you dont get your discount back if you used one on an unfullfilled order. They just are not organized. Not going back to Shoebacca.com ever again!!!

I have a good impression of this website. They gave me a full refund for a jacket that arrived with a cut in it. Even though I’m abroad, they were understanding about my situation and refunded the money.

After that, I ordered about five more jackets from them, and everything arrived in perfect condition. So it’s a good website. Honest guys

Beware, your order will not arrive when they say it will. I paid expedited shipping so that I had the shoes for a wedding 10 days later. 8 days later I still didn't have a shipping notification. When I reached out, they said sorry but they could not be promised within 10 days. Not I get to wait 14 days for a refund!! Horrible, don't use them

Ordered a pair of sneakers in a specific size and color. Received the wrong color and two sizes bigger than specified. Returned the shoes and was issued a refund but I stupidly tried ordering the original size and color again and, of course, received the wrong color and one size smaller. This is not a serious company. They either don’t give a sh*t or don’t have in stock what they claim to have. Avoid unless they specifically show one color or size in stock. Even then, plan to make a return and for wasted time and effort.

I ordered adult Japan away jerseys (sized M & L) but received kids sized jerseys like many others here. Please take a note that their return policy is 30 days within the original order date and not the delivery date! I am still within the 30 day delivery window but 3 days past the 30 day window from the order date, so the customer service is now declining the return request despite the mistake is on their end with incorrect listing and sending the wrong size. The kids sized jerseys are of no use to me! They acknowledged sending me the wrong size but now deny return and refund. This is unreasonable and ridiculous!

TOTAL SCAM! Do not buy from Shoebacca! I ordered two pair of running shoes and one pair fell apart (treads totally fell off) after 2 months and the other pair the toes detached after one walk! Since it wasn't within their return window, I got nothing back!

I recommend this store; it's reliable and they send you the correct items. The only thing you have to do is double-check the measurements of the brands with a measuring tape.

I want to add to the 5 star list for this company. When placing an order, I forgot to add the $10 off coupon number. I called the company and, though they couldn't adjust the order, they immediately issued a refund. Great customer service.

The shoes I ordered fell apart 37 days after they arrived (sole separated). Customer service refused to take responsibility for a defective product, saying the 30 day return window had passed and offering no other remedy. Zero stars if possible.

I ordered a pair of sneakers last Friday July 31st. A full week passed with absolutely no shipping update or tracking number. They never contacted me to explain the delay; I had to call them twice myself just to get answers. On the second call, the agent casually informed me that the order won't even be filled because the item is out of stock. The agent actually admitted that this issue has been reported and has been happening to several other customers who are allowed to buy items they do not have. It is completely unacceptable that they let customers buy and pay for "ghost inventory." Worse, they already charged my card rather than just placing a hold. Now I am stuck waiting to see how long it takes to actually get my money returned. Terrible customer service and a total runaround.

I was very surprised to read such terrible reviews. I placed an order for boots and immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service right away to try to catch the order before it was shipped. They responded to my email within minutes and gave me a phone number to call. I received exceptional service from the representative on the phone. He explained that he could not change the order to the appropriate size, but could cancel it. He told me to give him 5 minutes and he would send me a cancellation email and instructed me to reorder after I received the email. I followed his directions and everything went very smoothly. Their customer service and response time is phenomenal.

The last time I tried to place an order, I had the customer service guy on the phone, and he could see in real time that I was doing everything correctly, and still 2 hours later, you canceled my orders

It took me 5 months to get a refund. Seems like if I never followed up they would have never refunded me.

They kept telling me to check my credit card statement but turns out they could only refund in store credit.

After this experience, usually wouldn't purchase again from this company, but I couldn't let the store credit go to waste. I made a purchase on June 27. After putting in my address, the website says it will arrive July 2-3. Now it's July 23 and the order has still not arrived.

Turns out they used Fedex smartpost, the cheapest shipping option that honestly no serious business uses. The tracking page cannot show where the package is or an estimated arrival date. All CS can say over and over is that shipping to Hawaii takes longer, up to 45 business days. No other company I've ordered from takes that long.

If the estimate says it will take a week then of course I would believe that, why would I think it would take 45 business days?

Who knows if the order will ever arrive at this point. Don't order from this company.

ordered 21 pairs of shoes for the volleyball team. i did not recive 5 pairs. between amazon and shoebacca customer service, there was absoluely nothing that they can figure out, fix, or remedy for this issue. totaly unacceptable in this day and age of digital tracking and inventory control. when requested to rebuy and have the 5 missing pairs re-shipped, they offered EXPEDITED shipping of 5-10 days!!!??? THAT IS NOT EXPEDITED WHAT SO EVER!!! THANKS FOR RUINING THE TOURNAMENT FOR US!!!

I ordered a pair of light blue and pink volleyball shoes and received a green pair of shoes I never heard of before. I called to get it corrected. The will only refund me after I send the wrong pair back and then I have to repurchase the correct ones. This wasn’t even my fault and now I won’t have the shoes in time. Never using them again.

Did not send 2 pairs of shoes ordered. Sent several emails to customer service with no response. Seems like there are no humans that work in Customer Service.
