Very professional and reliable service. Excellent communication throughout the process (collection of luggage in Paris and delivery of luggage in London). It was seamless and stress free. Thank you!

The luggage arrived on time and was safely delivered to the hotel.

They truly made our trip much easier. We were a group of four traveling with large bags and had several train rides with multiple transfers, so managing our luggage would have been very stressful without their service.

I stayed in touch through the group WhatsApp and received regular updates about our luggage along the way. The driver was kind and friendly, which made the experience even better.

For security, they made sure that I was the person receiving the luggage, which gave us great peace of mind.

I highly recommend this service if you need reliable luggage delivery and want to enjoy your train journey comfortably.

Prompt, efficient, safe service with a smile! Would definitely recommend SHERPR for your safe deliveries. We had two vans arriving perfectly on time and we are very happy with everything. Well done!

Not recommended.

Packages arrived in time and in good order. Customs support was really helpful.

Joe Prince assisted with my order. He dealt with my queries quickly, professionally and with patience. I shipped a single 30kg box for just under £300 from China to the UK. Given my time constraints whilst abroad, he was able to offer an option for me to drop-off my parcel to the courier company on a Saturday which was incredibly helpful. Bear in mind that although a collection service was offered from my hotel this was not available to me on the weekend. The parcel was delivered with a couple of days delay but Sherpr kept in contact with an update by email. They offer insurance on the contents. I would use them again.

Duncan and Marie. Prompt attention and communication

I used Sherpr service for sending 5 boxes from USA to Italy and then back, and they provided me excellent service. It was easy and secure. Duncan King it was who was in contact with me to do all the process and his service was excellent, professional and friendly.
For sure I'll recommend this company with my friends and family. And if I need to send boxes abroad again, I'll be using Sherpr.

Good communication. Progress regularly updated . Queries answered quickly and in detail .

Delivered everything without an issue on their part, were in touch all the time, excellent customer service

Brilliant service. Helped particularly by Joana Batista, always available at the end of a mobile phone (WhatsApp enabled). Shipped 7 big 25kg boxes from Spain to UK for £354 - house-removers wanted £1150. Arrived 6 calendar-days after collection in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for better.

I was extremely happy with the service and cost of shipping a 10-pound package from California to the UK. I had checked prices all over the internet for shipping, and Sherpr was the most economical. The process was very easy, and they used a very well-known international carrier. When I check that carrier directly for the cost of shipping the same package, it was over $100 more than what Sherpr charged me!!! Sherpr kept me informed throughout the entire process. My recipient was even contacted and told when to expect the package to arrive. I would absolutely recommend and use Sherpr in the future.

The customer service team was proactive and helpful throughout the entire process, especially in coordinating both the drop‑off and pickup arrangements.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I booked a 1–2 working day delivery with Sherpr and was blown away when my parcel arrived in just 1 working day. Everything was seamless, efficient, and stress-free.

A special shoutout to Marie, who was an absolute superstar. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s rare to come across such great support, and she really made the experience even better.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sherpr again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable delivery service. Brilliant all round!

Efficient communication via email, delivered safely ahead of schedule.

I sent my personal items from Dallas to Madrid and it only showed 9 days!! I loved the speed of the process, I would send it again with you!!
Thanks!🙌🏻

Friendly customer service, easy to use the forms on the website. I was looking so long for somebody to ship these boxes. Sherpr mad it easy to ship all 3 boxes

Excellent service and follow-up. Taking responsibility to chase up any delays en route and keep me informed.
