Sheerwaterglass Anmeldelser

Trusted provider from previous work, this time we chose Sheerwater Glass for our front door & lobby window.
Professional & friendly service from our original query through to final installation.
We had multiple points of contact throughout for any queries too.
Installation carried out by Paul & Fin who did a great job, all surrounding areas left spotlessly clean afterwards.
Very happy with quality of products and all the fittings.

We are delighted with our replacement slim frame windows from Sheerwater Glass.
Everyone we dealt with in Guildford was friendly and efficient, including Nick, Stuart, Phil and Claire.
Our fitters , Damien and Callum were superb and paid great attention to detail. They were punctual and polite.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sheerwater Glass.

Excellent communication. Excellent service from engineer. Great customer service and dealt with issue quickly.

I invited Sheerwater back for a second visit after so efficiently automating my Velux windows about a month ago. This time it was to re align my back door and two patio doors which irritatingly refused to close properly plus replace a double glazed glass panel chipped by a stray stone thrown up by the lawnmower. The wonderful Ruslan turned up and quickly did all the jobs. Better than that he took the time to patiently show me how to avoid the doors getting out of line. This company and its staff give me a great confidence. I highly recommend. A satisfied customer.

Paul and Finn who were the fitters that arrived on a Saturday and carried out a superb job.
We have been having trades throughout our renovation and can honestly say these were the best, Thank You.
I must also mention the rest of the team at Sheerwaterglass.
Truly professional and everything was as discussed

The engineer, Matt, came to do an emergency call as the lock to the house point of entry had failed to operate. He explained the reason for the failure in laymen’s language, was quick to fit a temporary replacement and arrange for a permanent replacement.
A good ambassador for the firm.

I do not have enough good words to say about Sheerwaterglass!
They move quickly to problem solve. They understand attention to detail is important and work hard to serve their customers with great service. In particular, I want to mention Ellie who works for them, who is always an absolute pleasure to interact with, efficient and goes the extra mile, every time.
I think its fair to say, she makes their company shine!!

Absolutely delighted with the replacement of our three VELUX windows.

From the very first appraisal and discussion of the job right through to the final completion, the entire experience was exceptional. The attention to detail, professionalism, punctuality, communication and, above all, the quality of the craftsmanship were truly remarkable.

It is increasingly rare to come across a team that takes such genuine pride in its work and delivers exactly what was promised, with such care and precision. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the finished result is excellent.

We are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to our friends, colleagues and family. In fact, I would be very happy to recommend them for any project where quality, reliability and first-class workmanship really matter.

Thank you once again for an excellent job — thoroughly deserved and very much appreciated.

Very impressive company, excellent service. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly & efficient. When Dylan & Aiden had installed my new door I was amazed at the difference it made to the look of my house. Would, and already have, recommend this company

Ruslan, replaced a completely broken window locking assembly promptly. He did a very neat and tidy job. He pointed out that all such window mechanisms need spraying with lubricant every 6 months. Lubrication would have saved the expense.

My glass window shattered and I requested Sheerglass to replace it. The fitting of the glass in the window was excellent. Answering of the phone by the company was very good.
I highly recommend the use of this company/ The fitting by Ruslan was performed efficiently. He cleared by when he left. Very pleased in particular with the fitting service. Very polite as well

My whole experience from start to finish of my window installation was efficient and courteous.
Our thanks go to all the staff involved.
Dillon and his helper did a very good job. 👏

Sheerwater Glass have provided windows, doors and a conservatory to us over the past thirty years in this house. From the Steve Smith and the sales team to the installers they are professional, friendly and good value. Paul and Finn recently installed a new back door for us and have done a great job. The quality of product and installation is always excellent.

All aspects of the project from sales, survey through to completed installation were well explained and completed on time. The office staff kept me updated on the progress of my order and the installation date was negotiable and I was able to choose a date.
The installation team (Damian and Callum) arrived early morning, used covers to protect carpets and relevant furniture and worked non-stop to complete the job (on very hot day). Top marks for those guys.
When finished, there was no damage to internal decor or furnishing and the rooms were left clean.

Great service as always at sheerwater glass and always helpful staff especially Ellie who is always friendly. Definitely recommend

from start to finish sheerwater was really good. polite and kept me up to date with my purchase. and workmanship perfect. 10/10 for all round performance

Sheerwater glass promptly supplied 2 standard sheets of 3mm greenhouse glass at a reasonable price. They went the extra mile and slighly rounded the edges so that the sheets could be handled without gloves. Staff efficient and helpful.

We had a very disappointing experience with Sheerwater Glass. Prior to the Velux windows being installed, we had no leaks at all. As soon as they were fitted, both windows began leaking.

What followed was months of back and forth, with repeated attempts to avoid taking responsibility for what an independent roofer confirmed were installation-related issues. Instead of accountability, we were met with deflection, delays, and an approach that made an already stressful situation far worse.

The work was expensive, yet the customer service was inconsiderate and, at times, rude. We’ve only just been able to move forward with repairs after a long and draining process.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Sheerwater Glass. Poor workmanship, lack of ownership, and an extremely difficult customer journey.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Had a major problem as the window wouldn’t shut. I was very impressed, as I was provided with a quote soon after contacting the company. Work was completed by Ruslan who sorted the problem quickly and to a very high standard indeed - this involved removing the window to then replace the locking mechanism plus top hinge.

I purchased a front door 5 years ago, recently I noticed that very cold drafts coming into the house from the door. Thank goodness we had a 10 year guarantee. Carris in the office and Rusland the engineer supported me in getting the door replaced. 1st class after sales service. Thanks Carris, Rusland and Sheerwater Glass. 1st class teamwork
