Shay & Blue Anmeldelser 

I've tried two scents so far, Lilacs & Gooseberries and Salt Caramel. Salt Caramel smells like caramel popcorn (it made me smile) and I'm still on the fence about L&G (I don't think it's bad but not in love with it).

Incredibly great deal on two 100ml bottles of fantastic smelling fragrances that garner compliments. The two fragrances are Lilacs & Gooseberries and Matcha. Shay & Blue is an excellent fragrance house and the service was outstanding.

I purchased Shay & Blue's Lilac & Gooseberries perfume a few years ago due to the infamous Witcher ad. I had never purchased a scent blindly before, but I was looking for something new for everyday use. It immediately became my signature scent as soon as I tried it. I'm coming to the end of my second full bottle, and really wanted a travel size to keep in my purse for on the go. Absolutely adore this scent so much!

Always excellent service from this brand. Items came yesterday which I was surprised about considering the bank hol, so that just shows you how good their service is. The fragrances are always exceptional & I'm so happy with the 3 scents I chose. Highly recommend this brand for quality & service

I've been trying out Shay & Blue for years and it's hands down my fave perfume brand now. The scents are just so unique and I didn't manage to find anything similar anywhere else. My favourite so far are Black Tulip and Cotton Flower but I'm always looking forward to checking out new scents - currently waiting to get my hands on Matcha!

Shay and blue fragrances are different and often get compliments. Started gifting to my friends and family and all are happy.
My personal favourites?
Lilac and gooseberries and English cherry blossom.
Wanted to love the violet but too much tabac and not enough violet for me.
The same with the rhubarb, too much sandalwood for me.

Easy ordering and arrives quick. Reordering the lilac and gooseberry in the bigger size this time as it smells amazing and I get lots of compliments!

My monthly subscription to Scentlist is great, a lovely surprise every month and always another beautiful scent. It's a great way to try all the fragrances from Shay &Blue before purchasing a full size item. My all time favourites is still Salt & Caramel though

I absolutely adore Shay & Blue's Lilacs& Gooseberries perfume—it smells heavenly. I’ve tried another lilacs and gooseberries fragrance before, and it didn’t smell anything like what it promised, which was such a disappointment. But this one… this one truly captures it.

Shay and Blue make the most amazing perfumes.
I thought I had a favourite until Matcha came out.
It is beautiful, a fresh and sexy. It makes me feel confident and happy to face the world. A definite just for me fragrance.

I found this site years ago!, fantasised about buying their products but too scared as I have had past experiences of bad fragrances!, this is definitely not the case with Shay&blue!, I were super happy when I first smelt the lovely blue bottles they came in! Cannot rate the smell more!, it is better than expected and hand on heart, will always love shopping with them. They have offers, subscriptions and you even get freebies. Fragrances are spot on and they last! I would like to smell all of them, but I did repurchase the one I really wanted again! so here’s to buying the next one very soon🖤🫰🏻 thanks guys!

I received Shay &Blue Melrose apple blossom, body and hand lotion in a beauty box, and have just finished it. It is the most gorgeous smell, that lasts. It absorbs well and leaves your hands well moisturised. I scraped out every last bit lol and decided to buy more. Happy there was a good deal, so I got 2 more. Awaiting the delivery, which is due within the next couple of days. Promptly despatched😀

Blackberry Woods by Shay & Blue is a long-lasting scent that smells amazing! I stumbled upon it and instantly fell in love. I didn't want to write a poor review as I actually do like the scents that Shay & Blue offer but since my experience with scent club and customer service I just won't be going back. Its a shame really.
I ordered a discovery box of 5 scents plus one extra. I liked them so I decided I really wanted to try all of the S&B scents so it worked out better to join Scent Club.
Well it would if I could actually sign up. No matter what I try I cannot checkout. Scent list does not save any selections and theres no option to add a £1 fragrance to the cart. I reached out to customer service to be told to check Javascript. It is not a java script issue. So far I have tried mobile, laptop, Chrome, safari and starting a whole new account. There is no way Scent list works. I found multiple customers having the same issues and Shay & Blue just stop replying to messages completely. It has been like this for weeks.
Because of this i have ordered testers from a different company and am finding other scents as I really wanted to find a 'signature scent' for me but it it not worth the stress of trying to go through S&B.

Really is a shame. I wanted to love S&B but I just don't feel like a valued customer to them at all. So I will go somewhere that makes the buying process feel more special.

I emailed on 20th April. Chased the following Wednesday. Still no reply from them even though they 'wanted to turn it around', I dont think they do at all. I'm not a complainer at all. I have a lot of patience and do acknowledge that tgey have a small team. Regardless of how small a team is, customers should be replied to not ignored several times.

Honestly every scent from here I’ve just loved! Black tulip is my signature fragrance and I always feel so confident and comfortable when I wear it!! I’ve been doing the scent list now for a few months and I love getting
To try so many fragrances without having to buy a full bottle or a tiny tester that doesn’t last!

Ok so Shay & Blue have given us a new offering with Matcha. Well I just couldn't resist. I wasn't too sure what it would smell like but thought I'd get some. Having navigated the website, and having completely forgotten that I had the £18 Easter sitting there which I could've used (doh!) I completed my order and hoped for the best. Having arrived a day early (yay) the box was opened and I'm duly sprayed up. And the smell. Oh boy is this a good one. Light, fresh,zingy and a certain something that makes this one a repeat buyer. Well done Dom and the team. This one is going to be a keeper and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's just got something going for it and I can't explain what it is but it's ooooohhhhh! Just please don't stop making this one it's going to become one of your classics.
