Literally the only perfume I will buy for myself when I run out

I’ve had a subscription for several years receiving the salted caramel perfume every 3 months but decided to try a different scent. Having had my eye on the White Expresso for a while now and waiting ages for the 10ml to come back in stock, I just decided to order the 100ml instead going off the description alone … I love coconut and almond so I’m hoping it’s going to be my new fave. If not I’ll go back to my Salted Caramel … with 20% off and free delivery it was worth the gamble …

What beautiful fragrances

I was really looking forward to trying the Likac and Gooseberry fragrance in particular as it’s been heavily marketed. I decided to do the monthly subscription and try the first one for £1.
When I received and smelled it I was extremely disappointed. It smelled like a generic floral body spray. No notes of anything unique or special. And the smell overall wasn’t even pleasant.
In a separate order around the same time I ordered a 3 set for my partner. I kept two at a push and sent 1 back. I’d qualified for a freebie which I tried and was not wowed by that one either. Overall I’d say the scents are marketed as unique and natural but when you get them they smell cheap and not unlike the cheap perfume you could pick up from primark.

At this point I’d sampled a lot of the fragrances and not enjoyed them, so I sent back what I could and contacted shay and blue to cancel the subscription. I was informed by the chatbot that a minimum of three order must be fulfilled before I can cancel. So I reached out further to customer service by email. And I got the same again. After pushing for where it said that in the subscription process I got a screenshot of where it says “your journey starts with 3 fragrances” which is just poor. This does not explicitly say you must complete three orders before you can end the subscription. It’s just floaty marketing wording. I pushed again stating this doesn’t actually state I can’t cancel. And at this point being very frustrated I qouted uk consumer rights law which states “14 day cooling off period” for any contract/subscription.
This morning I found an email reply just with a screen shot of my subscription number and a “cancelled” mark next to it from “Sophie”. No professional kind words of “please see the below has been cancelled, regards Sophie”. Due to this I had to log in to my account myself to see if it had actually been cancelled and it had. Just quite rude when I’ve communicated clearly and respectfully my rights as a consumer and i get that back.
Glad it’s been cancelled and I’ll be closing my account. Be careful when entering into their subscription, they’re fighting hard for that £12.50 a month.

My order came quick and was packaged great! I loved all the scents I tried and this is one of my new favorite perfume brands. Lots of unique scents and so far I haven't found a bad scent!

Ordering is very easy, delivery is very prompt. I ordered some of my favourites, though I love them all. I’m so glad my daughter gave me a gift box for my birthday. People ask me what perfume i am wearing, they take a photo of whatever bottle I’ve in my handbag at that time. Soon all my family and friends will be wearing Shay and Blue. 💕

This fragrance smells amazing, lasts all day and I love the atomiser spray nozzles function. I am looking forward to next months delivery to discover another new scent. This monthly subscription is affordable and gives me a variety of scents to choose from

I found this fragrance through a subscription service. I'd had several different brands and types of fragrance. As soon as I got Blackberry Woods I knew I had found my new fragrance. I cancelled the other subscription and immediately started a subscription directly from Shay & Blue. I'm very impressed with the fast delivery and ease of ordering. I also ordered a smaller size of Cedarwood and Sea Salt which was immediately taken over by my husband. Cruelty free, lovely earthy, long lasting scents. Highly recommend. Thanks Shay & Blue for helping me find my forever fragrance.

I love the scent, I bought the smaller size to see if I would like the lilac and gooseberries and immediately fell in love with it. I wear it everyday!

Wow, received my delivery today and must admit am blown away by not only the speed in which the perfume was delivered but the fragrances are amazing!!

I bought two new 10ml perfumes to try.
I don’t drink matcha, so was unsure how that one would smell. It’s pleasant. But wow, the Lily La Luxe Perfume is gorgeous. I was intrigued by the pistachio in the ingredients, and it certainly softens the sweetness of the initial strawberry hit. It’s one of those scents that doesn’t smell like perfume on your skin, but makes your skin smell amazing!
I’ve already bought another, so I don’t run out this Summer.

Always loved the Black Tulip and pleased to say it is as good as ever! Unisex but I think more masculine. Expensive but the 30ml should last a while..

Had an issue with my initial order so emailed customer services, they got back to me quickly, professionally and sorted everything out. The order received very quickly. When they arrived the scents were well packaged, even the 10ml bottle felt strong and substantial.
The scents are wonderfully unique, I've already received compliments and will definately be ordering again.

Violet Tabac is certainly aimed towards a love of violets but it's more woody earthy than sweet. Fabulous for a special evening. Not an innocent scent - more a seductive one.
