I have bought several items and they have always been as described, arrived quickly and been discreetly packaged. An item I bought recently stopped working, customer service was excellent and I received a replacement within 5 days of reporting the problem.

Your main problem is your website…
Your main problem is your website access. There are now just too many "Sh" locations which come up even when an exclamation mark after the Sh is used. Also, at least one attempt comes up with Sh! ceasing to be! Don't know what you can do about it - but you should do something! The product was fine by the way!

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish. Personalised and considered advice and you really feel that they genuinely care and want you to have the best time with their products.
I have been a customer since they had a physical shop, which ages me horribly, but I have never had reason to fault them, just excellent. Now if only you could restock the Pure Lube in the large cloudy version... xxx
