Excellent service from start to finish, absolutely faultless and so helpful.

Very smooth transition between payment processors, having recently moved from Handepay & Worldpay to Elavon with Seymour Direct. Sheryl was very helpful being able to answer all the questions I had and making the move so simple. Elavon themselves have been easy to deal with completing the PCI compliance seamlessly.

I've been using Seymour Direct for a few years and they have always been great. This week I upgraded to a new card machine, Lisa couldn't have helped more and delivery was fast and efficient.

We decided to change from our long established card payment supplier to save money and quite a lot!!
The change over was very easy and the staff were fantastic with a big thanks to Georgina and Lisa.
I would recommend anyone using card payment to switch to this company

Seymour Direct are a professional, no-nonsense company who get the work done in a timely manner and are always available when assistance is needed. I've had to contact them over the phone a few times for help and always have felt taken care of and impressed by the service received.
