Serviced after forty two years
Arranged to have my wifes forty two year old machine (Newhome) serviced. The pickup and drop off were were quick - using courier service.
My wife is very pleased with the result, she says "it's like a new machine again".
So - great, thanks a lot

Delighted with my new sewing machine and overlocker
Great service and advice from Hannah and Will from when I booked my sewing machine and overlocker in for a service through to purchasing replacements for both! When discussing pros and cons of servicing vs replacing my now obsolete models Will’s advice was helpful, informative and without any sales pressure. He took time to explain and demonstrate the different models I was interested in and answer all my questions. Hannah kindly sorted out my warranty. Result, I’ve got machines that I feel comfortable with, that suit my needs, provide great additional features and that stretch my skills. All a very competitive price. I’m very happy with my choices.
I would recommend them for their great customer service, kind, friendly and knowledgeable communication and in the future will be very happy to trust them to service or repair my precious machines.

Went to buy a machine for my daughter…
Went to buy a machine for my daughter on Friday 21st December and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Callum & his team.
I was greeted by Hannah who warmly offered us a drink and showed us around their brand new showroom! Callum had great knowledge on all of the brands they stock.
Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Bought and paid for the item, but not actually in stock. However, I got an email straight away to inform me that I could wait or get a refund. I am waiting so hopefully it'll be here early January.

Great communication.
I ordered a zipper foot for my sewing machine, not realising that the model of machine might make a difference. It turns out that it did make a difference so Hannah, from the firm, rang me to check the exact model. The correct foot arrived the next day. Now I feel reassured that if I'm not sure, or maybe order not the right thing, I can rely on great customer service to keep me right.

I was looking to replace my Pfaff sewing machine with a more upto date model. Spoke with Callum who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure selling. I paid the net balance having part exchanged a machine without the company having yet received it. Received my new machine the following day. Exemplary customer service. A couple of follow up calls were also dealt with expediently. Would recommend

Sewcentre have been absolutely fabulous from initial introductions to receipt of the sewing machine. My wife came home raving about a sewing machine she watched being demonstrated at the event in Harrogate. That’s all I had to work with so I contacted Sewcentre who helped me ID the make and model and gave me show discount. In no time at all the machine arrived safe and sound in good time for me to wrap it up for Christmas. A big thank you to Callum and Hannah for making the experience so easy and being most helpful.
