I bought the illusion dress and was very disappointed. The quality was not good and it was definitely not worth the price. The item I received was also not the correct size and did not match the size guide, which made the experience even more frustrating.

What made it worse was the customer service. I always try to support Black-owned businesses, so it is especially disappointing when the service is this poor. Instead of taking accountability or offering a proper solution, their responses were dismissive, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. After I raised a dispute through my bank. I received a message from their Instagram customer service that seemed to imply I was being fraudulent, which was inappropriate. They then blocked me before I had any chance to respond.

A sale item being discounted does not make it acceptable to send poor quality and refuse to put things right. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this brand.

Seta’s material is thee best on your skin! It’s so comfortable and literally makes you feel sexy for putting it on! Only a 4 star because I wish it was something i could keep buying it but my wallet can’t keep up lmao

I bought the Mykonos set and it looks nothing like the photos advertised — clear case of false advertising. The quality is no better than Shein, yet the prices are far higher. Despite claiming their items are handmade or “crafted,” it’s clear they’re sourcing from places like Shein and passing them off as something else.

Customer service was equally disappointing. They refused to take any accountability and didn’t offer a single genuine solution. The tone was passive aggressive and dismissive throughout.

Save your money, not worth the hassle or the price.
