Got my service from Australia and received my package in a week a results in a couple of weeks. Plus had issues with seeing my results about 6 months later and wanted to see again. Thankfully had a live chat with “Cameron” on the live chat from the UK. Fast easy help. Almost to quick. Thought it was AI and asked him and he laughed and said naw just works hard and makes sure he has things ready in time for the customer. Thanks mate 👍🏼

Terry was so helpful when I needed help finding my test results after some time had passed and I couldn’t find it saved anywhere. Test was very helpful understanding some intolerances I have.

After the initial confusion that we didn't receive anything in the mail and it was all via email, then I have to say all the follow up by Emily has been prompt and polite. The webchat feature is great and they found the order details pretty quickly. Looking forward to the results of the tests.

I haven’t completed my test yet but I used the 24/7 chat feature and the response from Kai was super prompt, polite and very helpful. Makes the process so much easier when you can speak with good people.

I had a query and received a prompt and polite reply. It was my misunderstanding and Shawn explained the process clearly.

I felt at ease using the online chat knowing that there was a human there & not a robot! Shawn was absolutely amazing, I asked the most silly question & he answered me politely,friendly & he didnt patronise me. He is definitely an asset for your company 🙂

Wasn't obvious when order placed that you had to complete a form and manually post your sample back, expected a kit to arrive in the mail.

Posted sample back 1st class, 2 weeks later they won't confirm they have received it so asked for refund and now they just keep telling me to wait up to 14 business days to confirm they have even received sample let alone started processing it.

Live chat is like dealing with robots who all continoously repeat the same phrases every time you speak to them

Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your results as the 72 hour processing time only applies once they confirm receipt of your sample but they don't process their incoming mail on a daily basis. It just sits somewhere until they work through their back log.
