Electric Diffuser
Bought an electric diffuser and when received the top, although very well packed, was broken during transit. Contacted Sense Aroma and was very impressed with their prompt action to replace within a week. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you,

Poor customer service
When I opened the box, one of the holding part of the fountain was broken.
I emailed the company with pictures on the same night
It will be a week tomorrow about my complaint but haven’t yet heard from the company

Delivery wasn't great
Delivery wasn't great. They had placed the package outside on a rainy day without even knocking the door. By the time, I realised and checked the package, it was all wet and muddy !

Glitch?
I purchased a lamp and entered a delivery address in France (as it was amongst the options). Shipping was marked as free. I later received an email saying there had been a 'glitch' and that free international delivery wasn't possible and received a refund. As this was a mistake made by Sense Aroma, I think the item should have been shipped anyway.
