Went the extra mile to resolve a problem

These sunglasses where sold oud everywhere! I'm so glad that I found them on Send Optics.

Absolutely incredible service. I can honestly say I have never experienced service like it. Oliver Judge was absolutely wonderful. Having purchased the sunglasses they then went out of stock, I was emailed immediately and once the new order was delivered to them Oliver held a pair back for me and let me know straight away. Having wanted these sunglasses for a long time I can honestly say I rate their customer service above no other!

Versand könnte günstiger sein :-)

Great service and the best price. Free delivery too. Package came quickly and the customer care was really good too. Highly recommend.

...and quick shipment. Highly recommend. My glasses are stuck in customs though because the invoice was not fully filled out. Otherwise perfect transaction and very pleasant team to deal with.

Just bought myself some Tom Ford sunglasses. Send Optics were prompt and efficient with the delivery......one happy customer. Will definitely buy again.

I would highly recommend sendoptics. My telephone query was delt with very courteously and my subsequent internet order was dispatched immediately, arriving the next day.

I could not have wished for a more polite and helpful service when I called regarding stock of sunglasses. They were with me the following day after ordering online,no other company could compete with the price, I will definately use again, Thank-you

Really perfect!! Great package, fast shipping, good information and great sunglasses!

Miu Miu sunglasses arrived in less than 48 hours and they allowed me to change the delivery address at the last minute. Overall great customer service.

I must say I was impressed at the speed in which my parcel arrived at my house. The only problem I had was in being able to track the parcel after payment. Had been made but I was pleased at the fact that after I sent an email to sendoptics thy responded immediately thereby putting my mind at rest..
