Safe hands in a crisis! Treasured dslr camera broken after dropping on floor, and previously broken lens on same dslr pushed off tripod! Who you gonna call? Sendean - if it can be fixed they will explain and quote, with options, then do the repair expertly in good time (or to an urgent date for a little more).

A delight to deal with. Don't be put off by the exterior appearance or location. They are superbly professional, keep you informed at every stage and keep to their promises. Strongly recommended.

The company is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I am happy to travel across London to use their service. What's more the prices are good value. An example, I was told by a reknowned repairer near to me, that a faulty 2 year old lens could not be repaired, as the maker no longer stocks the parts. I brought it to Sendean for a second-opinion and the lens is now as good as new!

I had a very pleasant experience with Sendean as a first time customer. Their customer service comes from a place of kindness and consistency. My repair was quite a costly one but the customer care and understanding made the whole experience painless from start to finish. My reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the service as I recommend them highly but just wish there was a weekend day option for pick up or drop off. I will definitely use Sendean again and 5 stars to Romania on reception!

Great experience! My camera was back safe and sound, all the damage restored, and the communication throughout made me feel confident and informed on the progress.

I dropped off my camera, kindly requesting that the battery gets checked too (not replaced or fixed, just checked) as it had gone underwater, and the person behind the desk said they can do that for me. I also wrote it on the form. When I went and picked up my camera, I asked about the battery, and was told everything should be working. As I arrived home, I tried to turn it on; it didn’t work. Went back and they fixed it. Owner has been very kind all throughout. Trustworthy repair shop, and good communication.

My Contax T2 was no longer focusing properly. I hesitated a lot because the price of the repair, including a complete revision, was equivalent to the value of the camera. The quote and deadline were respected, and I got my Contax T2 back, which is working perfectly again. Thank you, Sendean.

Professional, friendly, and fast. Came in on time and on budget with repair and refurbishment of two elderly Kodak Carousel S-AV 2000 slide projectors that had both not only shorted their lamps but crashed off their stand and tumbled six feet to the floor. (Don't ask.) Sendean got them working again. Phew!
