It was a smooth and uncomplex transaction, non-pressurised and Tom gave me the time to consider the offer, listening to my reasoning too.
I had not planned to hand it over on the day, but as the overall experience of how it was handled, i went for it then, rather than rethink or return next day! I left my mini countryman and keys and walked away with a smile and booked my Uber for the ride home, all done😆

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with, recently sold my elderly parents car due to health issues, from the initial communication and throughout the process Graham was very honest, informative and professional. Did what he said he was going to do which is rare these days. Respectful to my father too. Very fair offer made swiftly to which was agreed. I would highly recommend this company, they are also local so this assists with the process.

Easy to get a very attractive sale…
Easy to get a very attractive sale price, easy to make appointment & get ' extra ' for bringing car earlier in week. Not so easy to find with sat nav, located in a multi storey car park.
The price i thought i was getting quickly reduce-NO mats minus,£75 ( i could have brought them if they were essential) MOT service in next 2 months- £400 removed, scratches naturally deductions. What started as a very attractive price was significantly reduced to just slightly more than competitors start offer.
I wish honesty was part of detail,
Tried to reduce price for not having a full service record- but all receipts present. Finish price was over £1500 less than the 1st offer.
Sales lady was efficient, fluent & swift, process was quick & money was in my bank by the end of the day. I would sell my car to Jack again but with better awareness of the hard tactics to lower price process. This was my 1st experience so I was probably quite naive.
Once price agreed the process was very easy & I had money quickly.

Friendly service from car buyer but poorly represented as an offer price
Friendly service. No issue with car buyer. Valuation was severely knocked by revaluation from previous valuation which had been stable for 3 weeks. Suddenly dropped by £1200. Also reduction for 3 owners. This should have been accounted for in initial indications as this was known and not given as a reduced offer during the visit. Therefore received £2200 less than expected. Unfortunately on a take it or leave it situation having driven for 2 hours to get to the site. Reluctant sale

I was very miss lead to what I was told to what I actually got, the sales lady at the redditch branch was very rude I said I'd like to make a formal complaint about her to which she refused to give me her name,definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you feel you were misled; that is certainly not our intention. We are a completely open and transparent company.
When our car buyer called you to introduce herself before you left for your appointment, she explained that our valuations are always subject to a test drive and final inspection before we can present a final, confirmed offer. She tried to explain this to you because, as you stated, you had previously been told by a different car buyer that the price you had been given was the final price and would not change.
We have to see the car and review all relevant documents before we can confirm an offer. We cannot confirm a final offer until we have seen and inspected the vehicle. She explained this to you in case you did not wish to attend the appointment.
You stated that you would still attend. We appraised the car and provided you with a confirmed offer, which you accepted.
We then completed all of the necessary paperwork, and the money was transferred into your chosen bank account.
