Absolutely useless people
Absolutely useless people. They valued my car which is immaculate as new under 2 years old less than 10k miles. When I got there couldn't find any thing to knock the price down so they tried to knock off £1700 because it had 3 previous owners. In the end knocked £1000 off.they held on to £1000 until the v5 came. I made appointment to had it in got there only to find they had all gone home.didnt seem bothered when I phoned them to ask where are you. Not a great experience. Still £1000 out of pocket.

You were under no obligation to sell your car to us. We always try to be as fair as possible when valuing vehicles. However, having three previous keepers on a car that is less than two years old does reduce its value and makes it more difficult to sell. We reduced the valuation by £1,500 for this reason, not £1,700.
We retained £1,000 until you provided the V5 document. Many companies would not purchase the car at all without the V5, and we will, of course, refund this amount as soon as we receive it.
We do not usually make appointments for customers to drop off V5 documents. However, I have investigated this matter, and it appears that an error was made on our part. We sincerely apologise for this. We emailed you today to confirm that we will be there today. If this is no longer convenient for you, please let us know, and we will happily collect the V5 from your home instead.

Great Service All Round!
I found the whole process of selling my car to Jack very easy from start to finish. I was more than happy with the final price offered. David Kaplan was very professional, explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with. All the paperwork was completed very quickly and smoothly and the payment arrived as promised.

Efficient service, prompt payment
Got a quick, fair valuation online and a prompt follow up appointment. Location was easy to find thanks to a thoughtful video. Dan was great, explained the process and any matters affecting the initial online valuation. He went through all the details thoroughly. Once the car had been checked over, the paperwork was tied up efficiently, and we received payment within a couple of hours. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful experience selling my car
Wonderful experience selling my car. What is normally a stressful experience with attempts to knock the price really low was not the experience here. Hafsa was really professional, polite and clearly cared about being fair and honest when valuing the car. Quote was done the same day as the sale and process was smooth, easy and stress free. Would 100% come back if any future cars needed selling and would recommend to anyone. Brilliant company compared to others used in the past.

Poor service. Gave completely different price as to originally quoted not a fair business model at all. Save your time and Avoid.
Edited review after comment added by staff to try to justify such poor service . You get people in and interested drop offers then use poor excuses. you then have the audacity to argue back like you have provided a perfect service. You had to use the obd excuse as you had no other reason to drastically drop the price there is nothing wrong with the car you just are using rubbish equipment that you don’t know how to use. Rude sales people with bad attitude.
Don’t know why you need to mention keepers on here the paper work was clear it was a main dealer purchase I originally bought the vehicle pre reg with 0 miles. The only thing you’ve been correct on so far is the car is two years old still with manufacturers warranty. This was stated on original request for valuation so have no idea why you feel it relevant to the review of your awful business model.
As with the clean the car was clean and tidy you make out it was filthy. Surely you would want all cars looking good for sale and this would be factored into original valuation!
It’s evident from your reply that you just enjoy arguing, albeit usually over price.
Poor. Staff couldn’t use own obd equipment and used this as a reason to substantially drop the price (over £1000 difference from initial valuation). I get they need to make money but don’t lie about prices to people to get them there and knock so much money off when they arrive.
Staff member at Coventry seemed clueless and other than his own reader not working and saying it needed a polish (it had just had a service and full valet at main dealer garage) couldn’t give me a valid reason as to why the price had changed so much. Just chancing on me being a loan seller and on people being desperate for money!

Just to clarify, our equipment worked on every other car we inspected that day, but unfortunately it would not communicate with yours.
You are also the second keeper of a two-year-old car, which means the next owner would be the third keeper of a vehicle of that age. While this isn't necessarily a deal-breaker, it is something buyers take into consideration.
The vehicle would also require a machine polish. Our valet service is designed to clean the vehicle but does not correct or condition the paintwork. Given that the car is now two years old, we would want it to be presented in the best possible condition before resale.
We didn't want to decline purchasing your car. However, the fact that we were unable to scan it presented a risk for us. Despite this, we still made you an offer.
I'm sorry that our offer didn't meet your expectations, but we appreciate the opportunity and wish you the very best of luck with the sale of your car.
