I refer to my previous review of Sehaya and have now been informed that the problem was not with Sehaya but with the Royal Mail who should have redirected my parcel to their new address. Sehaya have acted promptly and given me a full refund for which I thank them.

We very recently moved to a new location, very close to the old one, and that's where our returns are now handled. This shouldn't have affected you as Royal Mail should have re-directed your return to the new location instead of returning it back to you...
We are very sorry for that but we have already processed a refund for you. Since you had paid by card, it might take a few days before the transaction is processed.
We would appreciate it if you could consider amending your rating

Steer clear of these shoddy trinkets
Everything was great from ordering to receipt.
Now five months later, my bracelet has fallen apart. Sehaya have offered a replacement for £9.99, instead of the full refund or replacement that I should get for goods under six months, according to the Consumer Rights Act.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy from Sehaya.

Undelivered order!
Ordered a gift for someone. Paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure it was received before their birthday. Still haven't received order. Now many days overdue! When queried, told I should contact the courier, when it is their chosen shipper. Still have no idea when or if it will arrive! You pays your money and you takes your chances!

We offer 3 shipping options and we do not choose which one to use. It is the customer that chooses which one of the three options they prefer. The shipping option that you had chosen was FedEx Expedited shipping and we did dispatch your order with FedEx on the same day. We also sent you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details that you can see on the link below as well:

For reasons that we don't know, FedEx seems to have failed to deliver your order. You contacted us yesterday (07/08/2025) and we replied to your email within a few hours. We never told you that you should contact the courier, we only asked you whether you have contacted them or not as we wanted to have all the information for our investigation.
Nevertheless, we shipped a replacement for you without even waiting for your next response in order to not miss the cut-off times. The replacement was shipped on a Next Day delivery service and it has already been delivered today (08/08/2025) as shown on the tracking as well:

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered an item from them where it clearly stated delivery time would be before our wedding anniversary. It's not going to arrive in time, I now have to go and buy something else - and they haven't responded to any messages from me asking what's going on. I doubt I'll get a refund. A harsh lesson learned. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

It is very disappointing to see that you have provided information that is far from the truth
Your email received a response in under 5 hours and outside office hours
There is no place in our website where we "state" delivery dates. However, we do provide estimated delivery dates. Unfortunately we have yet to find a shipping carrier with 100% success rates and things can occasionally go wrong.
Your order was placed on Friday afternoon at 3:30pm, past our cut-off time which is 2pm as clearly mentioned on our website
The estimated delivery time of your order was between 07/07/2025 and 09/07/2025 and the order was delivered on the 9th indeed
Of course you can get a refund if you return the item, it is all very clear in our Refund Policy
We have a very attentive customer service which we are proud of
