I bought a pink quartz and enamel ring I LOVE it! BUT I lost it I was searching for a long time for a duplicate for I didn’t know the designer name at the time well when I found one and wore it all the enamel came off except for the white what can I do?

Yaniv sold me a emerald engagement ring. It was very nice but when I got it I decided I wanted an uprgade on the stone. No problem. Yaniv had me ship back. Got me a new stone. The guy even answed the phone at like 10pm. Supurb customer care. Couldn't be happier.

Bought a silver chain the other day for 2 lovely pendants that I have. The lady was very patient and got out lots of chains. I had forgotten to take my pendants in so was buying blind. Got the chain home and it didn't quite look right so I took it back and another lovely lady sorted it all out for me. I got a chain which looked lovely and a credit note for the remaining amount so I can choose something at a later date. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend that people go to this store if they love silver.

Found Yaniz through Etsy.com and immediately fell in love with his workmanship to not offer turn of the mill jewelry pieces. Made my first purchase in 2018. Circled back in 2022 for Necklace and Earrings. My entire family could not be more in awe of my new pieces. Yaniz you are numero uno in my book. And I am very, very selective!

Went in yesterday too get a silver keeper ring and the lady who was there was really really helpful and so polite and she new I really wanted one and did everything she could too find the right size for me and she found one she had time and patience with me so thank you so much will deffo recommend
